AI+ Studio Feature Access Management for Social Listening & Benchmarking

AI+ capabilities are governed through AI+ Feature Access Record Manager in the AI+ Studio. This configuration allows admins to enable or disable specific AI-powered capabilities and control which users can access them.
Depending on the feature, permissions may be controlled at either:
Customer Level: Feature is enabled or disabled for the entire customer account. User-level permissions are not applicable.
User Level: Feature access can be granted or restricted for individual users or user groups through role-based permissions.
This article maps the AI+ features configured in Record Manager to the corresponding capabilities available in the platform.
Note: This feature is currently a limited-access (LA) feature. Please reach out to your Success Manager for more details. Alternatively, you can submit a request at tickets@sprinklr.com. This will become generally available starting 26.4.
