Zenith International scales paid social across 35 markets and languages

The Challenge
When Zenith International took on the global performance marketing account for a luxury jewelry and home decor brand brand, they inherited a complex global account. The brand runs always-on campaigns focused on conversions, with ad variations tailored to more than 35 markets and languages. With no prior experience using Sprinklr, the team needed to quickly learn the platform and find a more efficient way to manage and report on thousands of ads.
“We were building tens of thousands of ads, especially during our peak period in Q4,” explains Zenith Paid Social Associate Director Sully Ellahi. “To build that through the platform would probably take, for one person, maybe two or three days.”

“Once we understood how the feature worked, we were then able to make it function in a way where we saved a lot of time,” says Ellahi.
This gave the team control, speed and scalability they needed to deftly manage a high-volume performance account.
The Outcome
Setup time dropped from days to under an hour — even for large, multi-market campaigns. The team was able to shift its focus from repetitive ad builds to strategy, testing and performance analysis and experimentation, helping the luxury decorative materials brand elevate its positioning and drive results. The streamlined process also made the account a great place for junior team members to learn and grow.
