Sprinklr Appoints Haitham Elkhatib to Senior Vice President of Growth Markets

NEW YORK, NY — April 26, 2023 – Sprinklr, the unified customer experience management (Unified-CXM) platform for modern enterprises, today announced the appointment of Haitham Elkhatib to Senior Vice President, Growth Markets. In this role, Elkhatib will be responsible for accelerating the growth of Sprinklr’s platform and capitalizing on the strong demand in MEA and APJI – which includes the Middle East, Africa, Asia-Pacific, Japan, and India markets.

Elkhatib brings years of valuable sales strategy experience to this new role. He joined Sprinklr in 2018 as Regional Director in Dubai. Since then, he has been instrumental in scaling sales efforts and driving awareness of the unique Unified-CXM value proposition in the MEA market. Prior to Sprinklr, he held several sales positions at enterprise software companies – including Regional Sales Manager for Oracle Marketing Cloud, Regional Director for Lithium Technologies, and Sales Manager for EMC.
