New Features
The following new features are being introduced in Sprinklr Insights:
Data Sources and Channels
The following features are being introduced in Sprinklr Insight's Data Sources and Channels module:
Threads Keyword Search Monitoring
You can now monitor brand conversations on Threads by registering keywords through the Threads Keyword Manager and adding them to listening topics. Matching Threads posts appear alongside other monitored sources in your Listening dashboard, giving brand monitoring, social intelligence, and crisis teams a unified view of conversations across channels and helping you identify emerging narratives on Threads without relying on separate manual monitoring.
Key benefits:
Create and manage Threads keywords from a dedicated Threads Keyword Manager in Listening Settings.
Release Note: Access to this feature is controlled by a dynamic property. To enable it in your environment, reach out to your Success Manager, or submit a request at tickets@sprinklr.com.
For further details, see: Threads Keyword Search Monitoring.
LLM Insights
The following features are being introduced in Sprinklr Insight's LLM Insights module:
AEO Agent for Blog Content Recommendation
You can now generate a ready-to-publish blog draft directly from any LLM Insights recommendation with a single click. Each recommendation on the Insights screen carries a CTA to run the AEO Agent, which produces a draft targeting that specific visibility gap, weak pillar, or prompt where competitors dominate. You review, edit, and copy the content, then publish it on your own website, the agent is generate-only and Sprinklr does not publish, schedule, or push content to any external site.
This benefits content marketers and brand teams who identify visibility gaps faster than they can close them. Previously, acting on a recommendation required briefing a content team and writing the post from scratch, which is why gaps often persisted for months after being identified. Now the first draft is available in seconds, so your team moves straight to review and refinement.
Key benefits:
Generate a Blog Type (read-only, derived from the recommendation), Blog Title, Meta Description, and long-form Blog Content in a rich text editor.
Edit any generated field directly in the panel.
Regenerate at field level using the icon on Blog Title, Meta Description, and Blog Content, or regenerate all three together with Regenerate All. Blog Type is never regenerated.
Get a confirmation prompt before regeneration overwrites manual edits, with a loading state on the affected field while other fields stay interactive.
Copy output as plain text with Copy Text, or with headings, lists, bold, and links preserved using Copy Markup.
For further details, see: Blog Content Recommendations.
AEO Agent for Content Optimisation Suggestions
You can now optimise existing owned pages against AEO visibility signals without leaving LLM Insights. Where the Blog agent generates new content, the Content Optimisation Agent improves content you have already published. A relevant recommendation carries a CTA to run the agent against an existing page, and the agent returns a list of specific areas of improvement measured against a fixed set of 13 AEO Visibility Signals.
This benefits content and AEO teams whose largest opportunity sits in live pages that answer engines under-cite. Previously there was no way to take an existing page, evaluate it against AEO signals, and act on the result inside the product, so known weaknesses stayed on live pages for months while directly costing answer-engine visibility.
Key benefits:
Optimise existing owned blog pages against the 13 AEO Visibility Signals: Missing Specifications, Hedged Language, Outdated Timestamps, Weaker Value Proposition, Claims Without Evidence, No Comparisons, Price Not Mentioned, Weaker Social Proof, Internal Contradictions, Topic Mismatch, Lower List Position, Less Comprehensive, and Keyword Gap.
Receive optimisation suggestions as a clear bullet list covering thematic, tone, formatting, and meta-keyword improvements through these 13 parameters.
Work with a read-only Blog Type derived from the recommendation, plus an editable and regenerable Blog Title and Blog Content Optimisations rich text editor.
Copy the optimisation output as plain text using Copy Text.
Apply the agent to editorial prose formats including blogs, travel guides, how-to and tutorial articles, listicles, comparisons, explainers, sustainability and ESG editorials, news and thought-leadership pieces, prose buying guides, narrative case studies, and about or brand-story pages.
Release Note: This release covers owned blog content only, one optimisation at a time. Bulk optimisation, third-party and competitor blogs, product detail pages, storefront, reviews, and testimony pages are not supported.
For further details, see: Content Optimization Suggestions.
Social Channel Engagement Flow
You can now generate channel-specific social replies directly from LLM Insights recommendations. When a recommendation identifies a high-signal conversation on Reddit or X, the agent renders the relevant field set for that channel and produces an AI-generated response you can review and edit before acting on it.
This benefits social and community teams who need to engage in the conversations that shape how AI answer engines describe their brand. The channel is derived automatically from the recommendation, so you spend your time refining the response rather than locating the conversation and drafting from a blank page.
Key benefits:
See the Social Channel — Reddit or X — set automatically from the selected recommendation, driving which field set renders.
For X, review the read-only Post URL, which opens in a new tab, alongside an editable AI-generated Reply with an enforced character limit and live counter.
For Reddit, review the read-only Subreddit and Post URL alongside an editable AI-generated Comment.
Regenerate only the Comment or Reply field; Channel, Subreddit or Account, and Post are fixed by the recommendation and never regenerate.
Get a confirmation prompt before regeneration overwrites your manual edits, with a skeleton state on the field and the action button disabled during generation.
For further details, see: Social Channel Engagement Flow.
Co-Pilot Integration in LLM Insights
You can now ask questions about your LLM Insights report in natural language and receive a grounded answer, using Co-Pilot directly inside the report view. When you open an active report, Co-Pilot presents a proactive summary before you ask anything, then supports an ongoing conversation about the underlying data.
This benefits brand, competitive intelligence, and marketing analytics teams who need to interpret visibility data quickly.
Key benefits:
Receive a proactive summary on report open covering your headline visibility position versus competitors, notable movers up and down since the previous refresh, sentiment anomalies across prompts or pillars, and one or two suggested follow-up questions.
Ask metric lookups, comparisons, rankings, and diagnostic questions in plain language.
Get concise natural-language answers with a reference to the dashboard section or filter where you can verify the value, plus relevant follow-up suggestions.
Continue the conversation with session context retained, so follow-ups such as "and how about the previous week?" work without restating the question.
Rely on answers grounded in your report's actual data, with the system preferring to state that information is unavailable rather than guessing.
Work off the latest completed refresh, with a clear indication when a refresh is in progress and a clear message when a report's first refresh has not yet completed.
Release Note: Co-Pilot must be enabled for your environment, and the report status must be Active. Cross-report questions are not supported in this release.
For further details, see: Copilot Intergration.
ChatGPT Ads Tab
You can now see the advertising that appears alongside AI answers for your tracked prompts through a dedicated ChatGPT Ads tab in the LLM Insights report. When prompts sent to ChatGPT return ad placements, the tab surfaces those ads along with their associated details.
This benefits brand, paid media, and competitive intelligence teams who need visibility into the commercial environment surrounding AI answers about their category. Understanding which advertisers appear against your prompts — and whether those ads are your own, a competitor's, or a third party's, helps you assess share of attention in the AI answer surface, not just organic citation.
Key benefits:
Access a dedicated ChatGPT Ads tab within your LLM Insights report.
Review any ads returned for the prompts sent to ChatGPT, together with their associated details.
See a clear empty state when no ads are returned for your prompts.
For further details, see: ChatGPT Ads Tab.
Region as an Input for Regional Visibility Analysis
You can now define a region when setting up an LLM Insights report and compare brand and competitor visibility across geographies using a new region dimension in the reporting layer. Region is available as a required multi-select input for both the Brand Visibility and Competitor Visibility use cases, alongside a new Language field.
This benefits global brand and market intelligence teams who need to understand how AI answer engines describe their brand differently by market. A single global view masks regional variation in visibility, competitor dominance, and sentiment, with regional granularity applied to the same analysis flow, you can identify exactly where your position is strongest and where a competitor is winning the answer.
Key benefits:
Select a Region as a required input when creating Brand Visibility and Competitor Visibility reports, with support for country, state, and city.
Set a Language for the report alongside region, while all existing input fields remain unchanged.
Generate region-specific prompt pillars, prompts, and responses.
Compare reports across regions using the new region dimension in the reporting layer.
For further details, see: Region as an input option.
Customer Feedback Management
The following features are being introduced in Sprinklr Insight's Customer Feedback Management module:
Schedule Export - Survey Response
You can now access a dedicated Scheduled Exports record manager from the Survey Responses tab to view and manage all scheduled survey response exports in one place. This helps survey administrators and analysts efficiently maintain recurring exports and control data delivery to stakeholders.
Key benefits:
View all scheduled survey response exports.
Edit or clone existing export schedules.
Trigger exports immediately when needed.
Share exports and review export activity.
Delete schedules that are no longer required.
Activate or pause scheduled exports using a toggle.
This is particularly useful when you need to manage multiple recurring survey response exports and ensure stakeholders receive the latest survey data on schedule.
For further details, see: Scheduled Exports article.
Custom CSS for Survey Branding
Sprinklr Feedback Management now allows survey creators to apply custom CSS directly in the Survey Builder, making it easier to create fully branded survey experiences without engineering support.
With a dedicated Custom CSS editor, users can create, save, update, and remove styles that are stored as part of the survey theme and reused across surveys.
Key benefits:
Apply custom branding directly from the Survey Builder.
Reuse CSS across surveys through survey themes.
Validate CSS on save with detailed error feedback.
Keep styles scoped to the survey experience only.
Benefit from built-in security safeguards.
Preview styling changes after saving validated CSS.
Custom styling is supported across major survey components, including:
Headers and footers
Welcome, content, and thank-you pages
CSAT, Rating, Slider, and Matrix questions
Buttons, media, labels, scales, and other survey elements
A global brand running post-purchase CSAT surveys can now update colors, spacing, and button styles directly in the Builder and quickly roll out a consistent experience across web, mobile, and in-app channels without waiting for development cycles.
By giving survey creators direct control over branding, this enhancement reduces turnaround time, accelerates survey launches, and helps deliver a consistent, on-brand respondent experience across all channels and devices.
For further details, see: Custom CSS for Survey Branding.
Centralized URL Shortener Configuration for Survey Distributions
You can now configure a default URL shortener in Survey Settings and use it across all supported survey distribution channels, eliminating the need to configure it separately for each distribution.
The available shorteners are sourced from URL Shortener in Platform Settings. Once selected, the shortener applies to both survey and unsubscription links for:
SMS
Personalised Links (Audience-based and Transaction-based)
Trigger-based Personalised Links, including rule engine-triggered surveys
Social Post
Social DM (Reddit)
An account-level shortener overrides the survey-level setting. If no account-level shortener is configured, the survey-level shortener is used. If neither is set, you'll see a warning during distribution creation, but distribution setup is not blocked.
Key behaviors
The setting applies only to new distributions. Existing trigger-based personalised link programs continue using their previously configured shortener.
If a shortener is deleted, previously sent links remain functional, but new invites fail until a replacement is selected.
For Personalised Links, failures are reported as: "Invite failed/deleted as configured URL shortener failed/deleted."
The dedicated shortener setting in the Personalised Link form has been removed.
This update reduces configuration effort, minimizes setup errors, and provides centralized control over survey link generation across channels.
For further details, see: URL Shortner.
Audio/Video Response Question Type
You can now collect richer feedback with a new Audio/Video Response question type. Your respondents can record a video, record an audio message, upload a media file, or type a text response, based on the response modes you enable. Every recording is automatically transcribed, so spoken feedback flows into your Responses tab, reporting, and text analytics just like a long text response.
This enhancement benefits research, CX, and product teams who rely on open-ended feedback. Previously, qualitative feedback was limited to typed responses, which are often short and unable to convey tone or show a problem visually. Now your customers can explain an issue in their own voice or show it on camera — for example, a retail team investigating rising returns can ask customers to record a short video of the defect, surfacing the recurring theme through transcriptions while giving the quality team visual proof to act on.
Key benefits:
Enable video, audio, media upload, and text modes independently, with video and audio on by default.
Configure recording duration up to 120 seconds (configurable), along with minimum duration and upload file validations.
Apply display and skip logic, and branch questions based on the response type received or left unanswered.
Collect responses across web, presentation view, email and website embeds, in-app surveys, and conversational surveys on live chat and WhatsApp, with fallback modes in constrained channels.
Review response type, media, duration, text, and transcription in the Responses tab, including import and export.
Analyze transcriptions and typed text in standard and custom reporting, with each available as a separate dimension.
For further details, see: Audio/Video Response Questions.
Cross-Survey Analytics with Unified Surveys
You can now analyze feedback across multiple surveys in a single unified view using Unified Surveys (Multi-Survey Datasets). This enhancement lets you join two or more survey projects into one logical dataset, map equivalent questions and statements across them, normalize answer values, and run unified analytics and dashboards — with the dataset behaving exactly like a native survey in CFM. Data is pulled in real time from the source surveys, so there is no data duplication, re-ingestion, or field recreation.
This enhancement benefits CX analysts, program managers, and reporting teams who run surveys across markets, products, and touchpoints. Previously, analysis was siloed at a survey level, with no native way to compare metrics such as NPS and CSAT across surveys and no unified view for comparing drivers — forcing teams to export data and stitch datasets together offline, losing platform-native context and analytics capabilities in the process. Now you can select your source surveys, define a primary survey that sets the baseline naming and interpretation, map differently worded questions to a single unified question, and compare performance across your entire program from one dashboard.
Key benefits:
Create a Multi-Survey Dataset that references two or more existing surveys, with a designated primary survey defining default naming, scale, labels, and baseline interpretation.
Map equivalent questions across surveys to a single Unified Question, so metrics such as NPS and CSAT can be compared even when wording differs.
Map individual statements within multi-statement questions, including matrix, multi-CSAT, multi-rating scale, and multi-slider questions, and add extra unified statements where one survey has more statements than another, so no data is silently dropped.
Normalize raw answer values from each survey to unified labels per statement, and add custom mapping rows for answer options that exist in only one survey.
Rename unified questions and statements to business-friendly names for consistent dashboards and stakeholder reporting.
Use the dataset like a normal survey across the Response tab, drilldowns, dashboards and widgets, exports, and data connectors, with support for response metrics, hierarchy linking, and translations.
Automatically carry survey metadata, including the source survey name stored as a field per response row, so you can filter and segment analytics by survey origin at any time.
Add or remove source surveys from an existing dataset without rebuilding it, with warnings on destructive mappings and live status of mapping completeness.
Access and manage Unified Surveys through a dedicated entry point in CFM Global Settings and a centralized Record Manager, with access governed by your existing view/edit response and analytics permissions.
For further details, see: Cross Survey Analytics for Unified Surveys.
Logic-Based Headers for Surveys
You can now display different survey headers to different respondents using configurable display logic, all within a single survey. Instead of creating and managing multiple survey versions, you can define a default header, add conditional headers for specific audiences, or choose not to show a header at all. At runtime, the survey automatically evaluates your rules and displays the most relevant header, helping you deliver tailored survey experiences while maintaining one survey and one consolidated response dataset.
Key benefits:
Configure multiple conditional headers alongside a default header.
Use display logic to show the right header to the right audience.
Add a "Don't show header" option for specific scenarios.
Reorder headers to control evaluation priority.
Maintain separate translations for each header.
Preview header behavior before publishing.
Continue using existing surveys without disruption.
For further details, see: Logic based headers.
Video Intelligence
Viral Moment Integration (Phase 1) — User Management
You can now access Viral Moment directly from the Sprinklr Launchpad, with user management handled as part of the Phase 1 integration. This enhancement provides a single entry point from Sprinklr into Viral Moment, so you can move into the Viral Moment experience without maintaining a separate navigation path. Selecting Viral Moment from the Launchpad redirects you to the Viral Moment URL, where you can leverage Sprinklr's robust governance through Roles and Permissions to manage who can access Video Intelligence
This enhancement benefits Sprinklr users who work across Sprinklr and Viral Moment. With Phase 1 of the integration, you can reach Viral Moment from the Launchpad and rely on integrated user management for access.
Feature Enhancement
The following feature enhancements are being introduced in Sprinklr Insights:
LLM Insights
The following features are being introduced in Sprinklr Insight's LLM Insights module:
Expanded Model Coverage with Claude
You can now include Claude in your LLM Insights reports, seeing how one more AI model talks about your brand. Claude is available for selection in the AI provider dropdown, and its answers appear in the same report layout and sections you already use, answers, citations, brand mentions, and the rest.
This benefits brand and competitive intelligence teams who need their visibility picture to reflect the models their customers actually use. Broader model coverage means your visibility score, sentiment, and citation analysis rest on a more complete view of the AI answer landscape, without any change to how you read or work with the report.
Key benefits:
Select Claude in the AI provider dropdown when configuring a report.
View Claude's answers within your existing report layout and sections, with no change to the reading experience.
Continue to rely on the same analysis pipeline, with brand extraction, sentiment, themes, and ranking working exactly as before.
For further details, see: Expanded Model Coverage with Claude.
Full-Screen View for GEO Agents
You can now expand generated content into a full-screen view when working with any GEO agent, giving you significantly more space to read and edit long-form output such as blogs and FAQs. The expand control sits at the content-field level, so it is clear that only the content field opens in the expanded view.
This benefits content teams reviewing AI-generated drafts. Previously, all GEO agents used a split-screen layout showing recommendations and generated content side by side, which left limited reading space and made it difficult to properly review longer content. The expanded editor makes review and refinement far easier before you take the content forward.
Key benefits:
Expand the generated content field into a full-screen rich text editor for review and editing.
Save your edits from the expanded view using Save Draft, with a "Your draft is saved!" confirmation.
Get a reminder prompt on close if you have unsaved edits, so your work is not lost.
Return to the original screen with your saved edits already reflected in the content.
Keep other fields such as Meta Description and Meta Tags on the original screen, unchanged.
For further details, see: Full Screen View for GEO Agents.
Usability and Messaging Improvements
Several enhancements make LLM Insights report setup clearer and more intuitive, reducing friction during configuration.
Key benefits:
Larger use-case selection modal with improved descriptions.
Clearer branded prompt labeling and guidance.
Improved help text for Additional Context.
Earlier validation of required fields.
Better spacing and consistency in Advanced Settings.
Direct navigation to generated Domain Lists from confirmation messages.
Clear messaging about the 100-domain limit per list.
For further details, see: Usability and Messaging Improvements.
Domain Categories for Citation Analysis
You can now understand the type and authority of the sources cited in AI answers through automatic domain classification and a new Domain Category dimension in reporting. Every cited domain surfaced from LLM responses is classified into a single primary category, making that classification available for filtering, grouping, and comparison across your reports.
This benefits competitive analysis and brand research teams who rely on the credibility of cited sources. Previously, citation URLs appeared without categorisation or source-type context, so you could not analyse citation patterns by source type, segment reports by category, or assess the diversity and authority of the sources shaping AI answers about your brand.
Key benefits:
Get every cited domain automatically classified into one of five categories: Publications (News & Blog), Reviews Site, Forums, Social Channels, and Other/Uncategorized.
Use the new Domain Category dimension across all report types and dashboards.
Filter reports by single or multiple domain categories, and segment or group results by category.
Compare citations by domain category across competitors and drill down into the citations behind any category.
View citation distribution by domain category through dashboard widgets, category distribution visualisations, and citation counts.
For further details, see: Domain Categories for Citation Analysis.
Domain List Creation from LLM Insights Reports
You can now turn the citations surfaced in an LLM Insights report into a reusable domain list, so high-value third-party domains become a targetable entity for your outreach workflows. Domain lists can be created from widgets in the Citation Analysis tab or directly from an Insights recommendation that identifies specific domains worth targeting.
This benefits digital PR, SEO, and outreach teams who need to act on citation intelligence rather than simply read it. Instead of manually compiling the domains that AI answer engines cite for your category, you can group them into a list in a few clicks and use it as the basis for targeting.
Key benefits:
Create a domain list from the Citation Analysis tab by clicking or selecting citation widgets to group the underlying cited domains.
Create a domain list directly from an Insights recommendation that surfaces third-party domains worth targeting.
Rely on correct handling of social versus non-social citation values, with social sources identified and excluded since domain lists support non-social domains only.
Reuse the resulting list as a targetable entity, including as a filter in the LLM dashboard.
Use a domain list created in LLM Insights within your Social Listening dashboards.
Release Note: Each list can contain up to 100 top-cited domains. Domain lists created in Social Listening cannot be used in LLM Insights.
For further details, see: Domain List Creation from LLM Insights Reports.
Data Sources and Channels
The following feature updates are being introduced in Sprinklr Insight's Data Sources and Channels module:
Inline Keyword Management for LinkedIn
You can now add or remove keywords from associated Topics and Themes directly from a LinkedIn message in your Engagement column, without navigating away to rebuild your queries from scratch.
This enhancement benefits listening analysts and query owners who tune Topics, Themes, and Keyword Lists as new conversation patterns emerge on LinkedIn. Previously, spotting a keyword that needed to be captured or suppressed meant leaving the workstream, locating the right Topic or Theme, and manually editing the query. Now, an analyst reviewing LinkedIn mentions who sees an irrelevant term inflating a Theme can exclude it in a few clicks and return straight to the column they were working in.
Key benefits:
Click a keyword in the Engagement column to open the Update the Keyword overlay, which lists all Topics and Themes added to that column.
Choose to include or exclude the keyword for each associated Topic or Theme.
Move directly into the Topic or Theme Builder query page, where the selection appends AND "<keyword>" for an inclusion or NOT "<keyword>" for an exclusion, with a preview of the updated query.
Return automatically to the Engagement column once you have saved the query update, so your review flow is uninterrupted.
For further details, see: Inline Keyword Management for LinkedIn.
Listening Dashboard
The following features are being introduced in Sprinklr Insight's Listening Dashboard module:
Automatic Widget Summary Refresh on External Link
You can now Refresh Widget Summaries directly on the External Links. This will be available across all pinned widget summaries on the shared External Links. Users would have 2 weekly refreshes available on the External Link on all the pinned widget summaries.
This enhancement benefits teams who share Social Listening dashboards with stakeholders outside the platform, such as agency partners, executives, and cross-functional business owners. Previously, dashboard data on an External Link kept updating but the AI-generated widget summaries were refreshed only when someone logged into Sprinklr and refreshed them, so external viewers often read insights that lagged behind the underlying data. Now, a brand team sharing a weekly crisis-monitoring dashboard with an external agency can be confident the narrative summaries reflect recent conversation, and the agency can refresh a summary directly on the link when they need the very latest view.
Key benefits:
Get widget summaries refreshed automatically twice every week, on Thursday and Sunday.
Include dashboards in the automatic refresh when they have pinned summaries, or when they have been accessed in the last 7 days.
Refresh summaries directly from an External Link, with two refreshes available every 7 days per External Link — applied at the link level rather than per user, and available per widget in the dashboard.
Prompt external viewers to log in to Sprinklr once the refresh allowance on the link is exhausted, keeping AI usage predictable.
Keep summaries in sync between the dashboard and the External Link, avoiding duplicate generation.
Release Note: The refresh limit before a login prompt appears is controlled by a configuration and is enabled on request. To enable it in your environment, reach out to your Success Manager, or submit a request at tickets@sprinklr.com.
Customer Feedback Management
The following features enhancement are being introduced in Sprinklr Insight's Customer Feedback Management module:
Zendesk Event Workflows with Connection Manager Support
You can now create, activate, and edit Zendesk Event workflows using Connection Manager (CM) connections, in addition to Marketplace connector accounts. Selecting a CM connection in the account dropdown delivers the same end-to-end Zendesk experience, from generating the event callback URL through to using received ticket data in your workflow canvas.
This enhancement benefits CFM administrators and workflow builders who manage Zendesk-triggered survey programs and want to standardise on Connection Manager for authentication and credential governance. Previously, Zendesk Event workflows depended on Marketplace connector accounts, so teams already governing integrations through Connection Manager had to maintain a separate connection path. Now, a support operations team can point a Zendesk Event workflow at a CM connection, configure the generated callback URL in Zendesk Admin Center, and automatically trigger a post-resolution survey whenever a ticket is resolved, using the same governed credentials as their other integrations.
Key benefits:
Select a Connection Manager connection when configuring Zendesk Event workflows.
Generate a functional event callback URL using the CM connection's credentials, ready to configure as a webhook endpoint in Zendesk Admin Center.
Fetch and select Zendesk ticket fields using the CM connection's scopes, and generate a JSON payload template you can paste directly into your Zendesk trigger configuration.
Receive, authenticate, and process incoming webhook events, such as ticket created, updated, resolved, or closed, within the CM connection context.
Use received ticket data as Zendesk Variables across workflow components including Decision Box, Trigger Survey Distribution, and Create Record.
Edit workflows created with CM connections using the existing edit behaviour: all fields except source are editable in draft state, and in active or stopped state all fields remain editable except source and account configuration (account and ticket setup), with warnings displayed where applicable.
Rely on end-to-end behaviour that is functionally equivalent to the existing Marketplace connector flow.
For further details, see: Zendesk Event Workflow with Connections Manager Support.
Automatic Sync of Transaction Fields to Record Manager
Transaction fields configured in your workflows now sync automatically to the Record Manager. Any transaction field defined through a workflow, including fields added within the Create Transaction node — is reflected in the Record Manager schema, made available for custom field selection in the corresponding transaction group, and populated with the values passed through the workflow.
This enhancement benefits CFM administrators and program owners who manage transaction data captured through workflows. Previously, existing transaction groups of type Workflow did not automatically pick up fields introduced later through a workflow create record node, so the Record Manager schema could fall behind the actual field definitions and newly added fields were not available for selection, viewing, or export. With this update, an administrator who adds a new transaction field to a live feedback workflow sees that field appear in the transaction group and Record Manager without manual reconfiguration, and can immediately report on and export the values it captures, keeping feedback programs accurate as they evolve.
Key benefits:
Automatically sync and expose all transaction fields configured across workflows for existing transaction groups of type Workflow.
Keep the Record Manager schema aligned with the latest field definitions coming from workflow nodes.
Make any new transaction field added in a workflow available in custom field selection for the corresponding group.
Add newly synced fields in the Record Manager and view the values passed through the workflow, when valid.
Export records that include the newly synced transaction fields.
Have the Record Manager automatically include, for every Create Transaction node, both all fields defined in the group schema and all transaction fields configured within the node.
Add a field used in node configuration to the group scope when it does not already exist in the group schema, after which it syncs to the Record Manager schema.
