Custom Response Views and Exporting Response Data
Updated
The Response Custom Views feature enables you to arrange survey data by creating tailored views of the responses you have received. You can apply filters based on the status of responses, answers to particular survey questions, or other criteria, allowing for a more targeted method of analyzing and managing survey outcomes. This feature aids you in isolating pertinent data to gain a clearer understanding of trends, assess specific groups of respondents, or facilitate focused analysis.
Moreover, you can save these custom views for future use, which eliminates the need to recreate filters each time. Custom views can also be shared with designated collaborators, ensuring that sensitive information is only accessible to the appropriate team members. This additional level of control fosters collaboration while safeguarding respondent privacy and data security.
By streamlining data segmentation and providing sharing options, this feature improves the efficiency and precision of survey analysis. Teams can easily customize their strategies to align with specific goals without compromising privacy or compliance requirements.
