The following flow-down terms are applicable to Sprinklr products that include certain third-party software. All customers using Sprinklr products that include these solutions, as listed on the applicable Order Form, are bound to these terms. These terms may be changed from time-to-time, as required by the third-party provider, and continued use of Sprinklr’s products will be subject to such modified terms.
