Sprinklr Insights: 26.4 Release Notes

Updated

Sprinklr Insights is an advanced analytics platform that helps businesses better understand customer interactions across multiple channels. The 26.4 release brings new features to enhance customer experiences, drive significant business impact, and improve overall outcomes.

Data Sources and Channels

Updates to TikTok Creators API

With this release, you can now seamlessly discover creators and access detailed creator-level insights. You can see their total videos, follower count, total likes, engagement rate, pricing details, and recent posts.

When you select a specific post, you can play the video directly and view the associated video-level metrics. Refer to this article for further details.

Enable Profile Geo‑Location through X firehose

In this release, full‑length tweets are now ingested without truncation, providing complete visibility into post content. As part of this migration, Quote Count is also captured at the post level, helping surface amplification patterns beyond likes, reposts, and replies. Refer to this article for more details.

Note: A post‑implementation sanity check will be performed, after which the remaining 8–10% of data currently on V1 will be migrated to V2 in a phased manner to achieve full end‑to‑end coverage.

Sprinklr AI+

Widget Builder in Dashboard Copilot (Benchmarking)

With this release, you can now build widgets directly through Dashboard Copilot and add them to the same dashboard without switching contexts. This enhancement streamlines the workflow by allowing you to create, customize, and save widgets inline as part of their Copilot‑generated insights, improving efficiency and enabling faster dashboard iteration.

Access Copilot through Drilldown

You can now launch Copilot directly from a specific datapoint drilldown or source within a Listening dashboard, where Copilot is explicitly scoped to the exact data you clicked. The full data context is automatically applied and clearly visible in the chat, and all follow‑up questions remain constrained to that dataset. This tight integration with drilldowns and sources preserves analytical flow while delivering more accurate, explainable, and conversationally precise insights.

Deep Research

Deep Research is a new execution mode in Copilot that delivers research‑grade, decision‑ready insights. Instead of short text responses, it produces structured reports powered by broader data coverage, in‑depth query interpretation, and web grounding. Outputs include metrics, visualizations, summary tables, and citations, building trust through clearer sourcing, wider mention coverage, and indepth analysis. As a premium capability, Deep Research prioritizes analytical depth over speed, making it ideal for strategic and in‑depth use cases.

Prompt Library Enhancements for Listening Dashboards

Sprinklr Copilot for Listening Dashboards now leverages metadata from sections, tabs, widgets, metrics, and dimensions to generate five to ten contextually relevant prompt suggestions using Generative AI. In addition, the Prompt Library introduces two new categories:

  • Static Prompts: Provide standardized, use‑case‑specific analytical prompts aligned to the dashboard context.

  • Build Widgets: Offers command‑based prompts that enable users to create widgets efficiently using Copilot.

Action Plan

In this release, the Action plan is now extended to capture and act on insights across Listening and Benchmarking Dashboards and enhancements to the capabilities are done to CFM dashboards. You can instantly create action from insights like Insights Copilot response, Widget Summarizers, Drill-down Summarizers, Widgets and Mentions. Using Action Plans, you can easily assign owners, set timelines, and track progress, all within the same platform. This helps ensure accountability and timely resolution without switching between multiple tools. This helps teams to identify issues and drive measurable improvements.

Customer Feedback Management

Builder

Rich Text Support: Independent Editing for Conversational Survey Header

Conversational survey headers now support independent rich‑text editing with smart inheritance. By default, the conversational header inherits text from the standard survey header, but once you edit it directly, inheritance stops—letting you fully customize the text without impacting the standard header. Formatting remains independent at all times, making it easy to balance consistency with contextual, conversational experiences.

Placeholder Text Support for Special Page Descriptions

Placeholder text is now supported in Special Page descriptions for Expired, Quota Fulfilled, Paused, Already Submitted, and End pages, allowing survey creators to add dynamic, context‑aware messaging. Creators can insert, edit, or remove placeholders using the same interface available for question titles, and all placeholder values resolve consistently across Builder preview, desktop, and mobile experiences.

Addition of Rich Text Support: Error Text/Help Text/Upload Message

Survey Builder now supports rich‑text formatting in Error Text, Help Text, and Upload/Record Messages, allowing creators to use bold, italics, underline, and styling controls like font size, color, and style. These enhancements make guidance clearer and more scannable across desktop, mobile, and preview

Note: The update applies to all existing and future surveys, including those built with AI+, templates, sandboxed environments, and conversational surveys.

Timezone Control for Date‑Time Survey Logic

Survey Logic now supports explicit timezone selection for date‑time conditions, letting you evaluate logic in a fixed, business‑defined timezone while keeping respondent local timezone as the default. This applies to Day of Week, Date of Month, and date‑time custom fields.

Date‑Time Logic for Conversational Surveys

Standard and Conversational Surveys now support Day of Week and Date of Month logic, enabling time‑aware conversational flows.

Distribution

Zendesk OOTB Connectors

In this release, we’ve added support for the new CFM Zendesk Connector, available in the Sprinklr Marketplace. This connector makes it easy to integrate Zendesk with CFM, similar to the existing Salesforce Connector, and allows you to trigger CFM surveys directly from Zendesk ticket events to collect timely feedback during key support moments.

Website Survey Distribution Enhancements

Following are the updates to Website Survey Distribution:

  • The Website Survey Distribution setup now follows the standardized four‑step form, delivering a more consistent, intuitive, and predictable configuration experience across channels.

  • You can now preview Website Survey creatives exactly as configured and view all distributions linked to the same Website, without manually adding parameters.

  • Translation support is now available for Website Survey creatives, making it easier to manage localized survey experiences during setup.

  • A new Sampling toggle has been introduced that lets you define the Distribution Sampling Rate, allowing you to control the percentage of eligible recipients included in a distribution.

Trigger Based Personalized Links | Distribution Setup

In this release, trigger‑based Personalized Link distribution is introduced. This functionality enables the creation of personalized links through a trigger, clearly indicating within the form that the survey can be launched using the Rule Engine.

Addition of Rich Text Support to Email Distribution

Email Distributions now support element‑level font customization across Thank You, Reminder, and Translation emails. You can update the font type, size, and color for the Email Body, Thank You section, Button, and Footer Text. Supported fonts include Arial, Courier New, Georgia, Times New Roman, Trebuchet, and Verdana.

Analytics

Standardize Time Zone Handling Across CFM Reporting, Analytics, Responses and Drilldown

This release introduces a unified timezone framework across CFM, ensuring consistent time‑based display and filtering across Reporting Dashboards, Analytics, and Responses. The Responses tab includes a timezone selector, and saved views store only column selections for more predictable management.

Workflows

Add “Profile List Change” Node in Workflows

You can now update Profile Lists directly from workflows using the new Profile List Change node, allowing you to add or remove profiles in real time, enabling dynamic segmentation based on survey responses, transaction attributes, or custom profile fields. Refer to this article for more details.

Data Masking

Scheduled PII Redaction

This release introduces Scheduled PII Redaction in CFM, allowing authorized users to automatically remove PII from responses after a defined time period. This ensures responses can no longer be linked to individuals while preserving analytics integrity.
