Adding Special Pages in the Survey
Updated
Sprinklr Surveys offers six Special Pages that help you deliver important information to respondents at different stages of the survey journey. These pages, Introduction, End Page, Already Submitted Page, Expired Page, Paused Page, and Quota Filled Page, are not intended for questions but can be fully customized to improve the overall respondent experience. They play a vital role in guiding participants with clear, contextual messages and ensuring smooth communication throughout the survey process.
Business Use Cases
Survey creators can enhance customer interaction by using the Introduction Page to welcome respondents and explain the survey's purpose, boosting engagement. The End Page can also redirect respondents to relevant services or content, improving retention.
Survey creators can use the Expired Page to inform respondents when a survey is no longer active, enhancing transparency. The Quota Filled page notifies respondents when they cannot participate due to limits, helping to prevent frustration.
Survey creators can use the End Page to thank respondents for their feedback and direct them to additional services or discounts. The Paused Page informs respondents if the survey is temporarily paused for maintenance or other reasons.
You can use the Introduction Page to clearly explain the survey’s objectives before users begin, improving the quality of the feedback. The Quota Filled page helps manage expectations by informing respondents when participation limits are reached.
Sprinklr Surveys enhances the respondent experience through Enhanced User Engagement, Clear Communication, and Customization. The customizable Introduction Page offers a personalized welcome message that encourages participation and boosts engagement rates. For Clear Communication, special pages like Expired, Paused, and Quota Filled provide transparency by informing respondents why a survey is unavailable and offering clear guidance on next steps. Additionally, the platform supports Customization by allowing organizations to add media, files, and social media links to all special pages (except the Introduction Page), helping maintain consistent branding and keeping respondents connected to relevant content and services.
