Ragy Thomas, CEO & Founder
Ragy is a technology visionary, entrepreneur, and investor who has played an instrumental role in the evolution of two business-critical channels for the enterprise: social media and email. As the founder and CEO of Sprinklr – the most complete social media management platform in the world, serving more than 650 enterprise brands globally – he is helping large companies reimagine their office infrastructure to manage consumer experiences across every touch point. Prior to founding Sprinklr, Ragy was the president of Epsilon’s (NYSE:ADS) Interactive Services from 2006 to 2008 and the CTO of Bigfoot Interactive, an email marketing leader that Epsilon acquired in 2005. Ragy also serves on the board of directors at Kenscio, a digital marketing services company he co-founded in 2009, and Cloth, a mobile fashion application company.
Ragy earned his M.B.A. in Finance and Information Systems from New York University’s Leonard N. Stern School of Business and his Computer Science Engineering degree from Pondicherry University in India.
Carlos Dominguez, President and COO
Carlos has more than 30 years of enterprise technology experience and an unparalleled passion for innovation. Previously an active member of Sprinklr’s board of directors, today Carlos guides strategic direction for Sprinklr and leads the marketing, sales, services, and partnerships teams for the organization.
Prior to joining Sprinklr, Carlos spent 22 years at Cisco Systems in a variety of roles. Over the last seven years, he served as a technology evangelist and representative for the chairman and CEO of Cisco, delivering thought-provoking and interactive keynotes to audiences worldwide. During his tenure at Cisco, he established Cisco in the strategic markets of financial services, media, and pharmaceuticals. He also helped establish and led Cisco’s Service Provider organization to generate more than $14 billion in annual revenue. Before joining Cisco, Carlos held management positions at Timeplex, Inc. and New Jersey Bell/Bell Atlanticom.
Carlos also serves on several boards of directors, including Medidata Solutions, Inc., the CDC Foundation, Cisco Foundation, NJIT Board of Overseers & Catalyst, and Princess House.
Chris Lynch, CFO
Chris is a financial executive with extensive knowledge in technology software and advertising businesses. In his current role, he is working to maximize Sprinklr’s opportunities for overall growth and international expansion. Chris is best known for his work at Bazaarvoice and his key role in its successful IPO. Through innovative thinking and diagnostic problem solving, Chris has led global finance organizations through periods of rapid growth. He brings passion for a high growth technology environment to his role at Sprinklr.
Murali Swaminathan, EVP, Client Success and Engineering
After receiving his Master’s degree in Computer Engineering from Wright State University and an M.B.A. from NYU’s Stern, Murali became an executive at Cisco Systems Inc., where he held several key leadership roles. These included the principal lead for the acquisition integration practice for Cisco Engineering, as well as developing the strategy and managing its global data center operations. At Sprinklr, he runs the Engineering, Operations, and Services divisions, helping to drive the company forward.
Simon Mansell, General Manager, Paid and Services
Simon Mansell founded TBG, a specialist paid social media firm that was acquired by Sprinklr in August 2014. Without any external funding, Simon grew TBG into a global organization handling more than $100M in paid social ad spend for clients including Dell, Vodafone, and Zynga. An early advocate of social ads, Simon started running campaigns on Facebook in 2007 when the platform had less than 30 million users. TBG was one of the three initial Facebook ad API partners and one of the first five Twitter Ad API partners. Following Sprinklr’s acquisition of TBG, Simon is now General Manager of Paid and Services.
Mark Curtis, General Manager, Brand Advocacy
Prior to joining Sprinklr as General Manager of the brand advocacy business unit, Mark was CEO and Founder of two successful companies. Branderati, his most recent company, focused on creating sustainable brand advocacy programs by recruiting, engaging, and measuring the impact of brands’ most passionate and socially influential fans.
Mark remains a strategic advisor to the first company he founded, enter:marketing. Prior to BRANDERATI and enter:marketing, Mark held creative, strategic, and management positions in agencies and corporate teams. He currently lives in Greenwich Village, NYC and enjoys sailing, diving, and hanging out with his amazing greyhound Gary Coleman.
Pavitar Singh, VP of Product Development
Pavitar Singh is an entrepreneur and technologist who loves building great companies and great products. At Sprinklr, Pavitar leads all product and R&D, as well as global development operations. Prior to Sprinklr he co-founded (and sold to Sprinklr) a pioneering social media company called UserRules. Pavitar holds degrees from both the Management Development Institute of Gurgaon and Dhirubhai Ambani Institute of Information and Communication Technology.
Michael Logan, VP of Sales
Michael Logan brings 23 years’ experience in strategic software sales to Sprinklr, specializing in developing customer-focused orientation through the sales process. He was a founding member of Aprimo Marketing, establishing and growing enterprise deployments by serving clients in the marketing process and agency collaboration. Before Aprimo, Michael held various leadership and sales roles at PTC and Eastman Kodak. He has a degree in Marketing from the University of North Texas.
Jeremy Epstein, VP of Marketing
Jeremy joined the team in February 2012. Prior to Sprinklr, he was the founder and CEO of Never Stop Marketing, an international consulting firm that served Fortune 500 clients including Johnson & Johnson and Microsoft. Jeremy believes that technology such as Sprinklr’s has the potential to connect a socially disjointed world. He has a B.A. in History and a double minor in Economics and German from Johns Hopkins University; he also studied international relations and marketing in Germany and Japan.
Rob Peacock, VP of Strategic Alliances
Rob is a technology pioneer with more than 16 years’ experience managing digital transformations and omnichannel strategies, most recently serving as the director of business strategy at Sapient Nitro. Before that, during his time at BEAM Interactive, he led award-winning campaigns for top brands like Puma and Bed Bath & Beyond. Rob was awarded a Cannes Lion for his role in planning Puma’s Together Everywhere 2008 pan-European event, and is recognized for leading the first flash applications for the Bed Bath & Beyond bridal planner in 2004. As a value creator and strategic thinker, Rob believes in reinventing the culture of enterprise software for the current wave of Social Relationship Infrastructure.
Jan Zlotnick, Global Leader, Brand Experience
Jan leads Sprinklr’s CBX Dept (Customer-Brand eXperience), responsible for global branding, creative direction, and customer experience. Jan works with Ragy to develop Sprinklr’s brand position, mission, and strategy. His passion is creating experiences that help customers love brands. Jan came to the role after serving as CMO of GlobeOp Financial Services, rebranding and helping the firm to its $1 billion acquisition by SS+C. A graduate of Brown University, Jan led New York ad agencies as a creative director and strategist for clients including BMW Motorcycles, Ilford Photo, Bacardi, Guess, Blue Cross, Business Week, and I Love NY.
