Ragy is a technology visionary, entrepreneur, and investor who has played an instrumental role in the evolution of two business-critical channels for the enterprise: social media and email. As founder and CEO of Sprinklr – the world’s most complete enterprise social technology serving more than 1,000 enterprise brands globally – he is empowering companies to reimagine their customer-facing operations to manage consumer experiences across every touch point.
Prior to founding Sprinklr, Ragy was the president of Epsilon’s (NYSE:ADS) Interactive Services from 2006 to 2008, and the CTO of Bigfoot Interactive, an email marketing leader that Epsilon acquired in 2005.
Ragy earned his M.B.A. in Finance and Information Systems from New York University’s Leonard N. Stern School of Business and his Computer Science Engineering degree from Pondicherry University in India. He serves on the board of directors at Kenscio, a digital marketing services company he co-founded in 2009, and Cloth, a mobile fashion application company.
Carlos has more than 30 years of enterprise technology experience and an unparalleled passion for innovation. Previously an active member of Sprinklr’s board of directors, today Carlos guides strategic direction for Sprinklr and leads the marketing, sales, services, and partnerships teams for the most complete enterprise social technology company in the world.
Prior to joining Sprinklr, Carlos spent 22 years at Cisco Systems (NASDAQ:CSCO) in a variety of roles. Over the last seven years, he served as a technology evangelist and representative for the chairman and CEO of Cisco, delivering keynotes to audiences worldwide. During his tenure at Cisco, he cemented the company in the strategic markets of financial services, media, and pharmaceuticals. He also helped establish and lead Cisco’s Service Provider organization to generate more than $14 billion in annual revenue. Before joining Cisco, Carlos held management positions at Timeplex, Inc. and New Jersey Bell/Bell Atlanticom.
Carlos also serves on several boards of directors, including Medidata Solutions, Inc., the CDC Foundation, Cisco Foundation, NJIT Board of Overseers & Catalyst, and Princess House.
Chris is a proven financial executive with deep expertise in technology, software and advertising businesses. As CFO of Sprinklr, Chris leads the global teams responsible for finance, treasury, M&A, legal, human resources, facilities, recruiting, and employee experience.
Using innovative thinking and diagnostic problem solving as his compass, Chris has led several global organizations through periods of rapid change. Prior to Sprinklr he was best known for his work at e-commerce and social data company Bazaarvoice (NASDAQ:BV), where he played a lead role in its successful IPO in 2012. Previously, Chris oversaw key financial functions at other high-growth technology companies including content management and collaboration software firm Vignette Corporation (NASDAQ:VIGN), which was acquired by Open Text Corporation in 2009, and Enterprise Resource Planning software company JD Edwards (NASDAQ:JDEC), which was acquired by PeopleSoft in 2003.
Passionate about bringing brands closer to their customers, Murali oversees the engineering and technology practice that powers the world’s most complete social technology. He also leads the teams focused on enterprise customer success and services globally.
Prior to joining Sprinklr, Murali held key leadership roles at Cisco Systems (NASDAQ:CSCO), including serving as the principal lead for the acquisition integration practices for Cisco Engineering. He also developed the strategy and management operations for Cisco’s global data center, focused on delivering next generation IT solutions to Cisco clients. Before joining Cisco, Murali served as Vice President of Engineering at Teltier Technologies, Inc., where he managed platform development and engineering, and oversaw its merger with dynamicsoft. At dynamicsoft, Murali led engineering of SIP products, until the company was acquired by Cisco in 2004. WIth a deep and extensive background in engineering, product integration, and product development leadership, Murali is committed to delivering innovative solutions in enterprise technology to the market.
Murali holds a master’s degree in computer engineering from Wright State University and an M.B.A. from New York University’s Leonard N. Stern School of Business.
Tom is a marketing leader who has spent his career helping some of the world’s most pioneering enterprise software companies build trusted, global brands that have defined and fundamentally transformed entire industries. As CMO of Sprinklr, he is positioning the enterprise social technology company and its clients to grow and thrive in the age of the empowered and connected customer.
Prior to joining Sprinklr, Tom served as Consultant-in-Residence at Andreessen Horowitz, where he worked to define the venture capital firm’s points of view as a guide for Fortune 2000 companies and entrepreneurs looking for insights about the future of technology. Before that, he was CMO of AppNexus, the world's largest independent ad-tech company. Previously, through his consultancy, 21Weeks, Tom engineered innovative marketing strategies that contributed to exits for companies including Citrix (NASDQ:CTXS), Opsware (HP), Platform Computing (IBM), Donovan Data Systems (MediaOcean), and StoredIQ (IBM). Tom has also served as CMO of multibillion-dollar publicly traded companies including NICE Systems (NASDAQ:NICE), PTC (NASDAQ:PTC), and Red Hat (NYSE:RHT), which he helped to scale internationally and take public in 1999.
Tom earned his B.A. in English and Economics from Hamilton College, and is a board advisor to BlueCava and Smigin.
Pavitar Singh is a leader, entrepreneur and technologist who loves building great companies and great products. At Sprinklr, Pavitar leads all product development and R&D, as well as global development operations.
Prior to Sprinklr he co-founded (and sold to Sprinklr) a pioneering social media company called UserRules where he led the development of core intellectual property that drives Sprinklr to this day.
Pavitar holds degrees from both the Management Development Institute of Gurgaon and Dhirubhai Ambani Institute of Information and Communication Technology.
Simon Mansell is the General Manager of Paid and Services at Sprinklr. In this role he is responsible for the delivery of world-class paid software, solutions, and services to global brands.
Prior to this role, Simon founded TBG, a specialist paid social media firm that was acquired by Sprinklr in August 2014.
Without any external funding, Simon grew TBG into a global organization handling more than $100M in paid social ad spend for clients including Dell, Vodafone and Zynga. An early advocate of social ads, Simon started running campaigns on Facebook in 2007 when the platform had less than 30 million users. TBG was one of the three initial Facebook ad API partners and one of the first five Twitter Ad API partners.
Prior to joining Sprinklr as General Manager of the First Party Experiences business unit, Mark was CEO and Founder of two successful companies. Branderati, his most recent company focused on creating sustainable brand advocacy programs by recruiting, engaging, and measuring the impact of brands’ most passionate and socially influential fans.
Mark remains a strategic advisor to the first company he founded, enter:marketing. Prior to BRANDERATI and enter:marketing, Mark held creative, strategic, and management positions in agencies and corporate teams. He currently lives in Greenwich Village, NYC and enjoys sailing, diving, and hanging out with his amazing greyhound Gary Coleman.
Rob is a technology pioneer with more than 16 years’ experience managing digital transformations and omnichannel strategies, most recently serving as the director of business strategy at Sapient Nitro. Before that, during his time at BEAM Interactive, he led award-winning campaigns for top brands like Puma and Bed Bath & Beyond. Rob was awarded a Cannes Lion for his role in planning Puma’s Together Everywhere 2008 pan-European event, and is recognized for leading the first flash applications for the Bed Bath & Beyond bridal planner in 2004. As a value creator and strategic thinker, Rob believes in reinventing the culture of enterprise software for the current wave of Social Relationship Infrastructure.
Jan leads Sprinklr’s CXM Dept (Customer Experience Management), global branding and creative direction. Jan comes to the role with the experience of being the CMO of GlobeOp Financial Services, rebranding and helping the firm to its $1 billion valuation and acquisition by SS+C. Prior, Jan led New York ad agencies’ creative departments as a writer, creative director and brand strategist for clients such as I Love NY, BMW Motorcycles, Ilford Photo, Blue Cross and Guess.
