Sprinklr Unified Platform (Integrations) and Cross Products (Display/Presentations): 26.4 Release Notes

Updated

Sprinklr Unified Platform and Cross Products' latest 26.4 release introduces a range of exciting new capabilities to enhance integration flexibility and simplify workflows.

Here are the key features included in Sprinklr's latest release:

AI+ Studio

The following updates are introduced to the AI+ Studio module:

Introducing Media Support for Amazon Bedrock Models

You can now use Amazon Bedrock models with image and video inputs in AI+ Studio. You can attach images or videos in the prompt node when you select a supported model, and you can generate images using new image generation models from Amazon Bedrock.

Media inputs and image generation let you work with models that accept images or videos along with text or produce images from text prompts. They help you run richer prompts and support more advanced use cases directly in your AI pipelines.

This update allows you to build more flexible workflows, process visual content without manual steps, and maintain parity with models available through other providers.

For more information, refer to Sprinklr-Provided LLMs: Supported Models and Default Configurations.

Google Vertex Text Embedding and Image Generation Support

You can now use Google Vertex models for text embedding, image generation, and image editing within AI+ Studio. You can select these models when building prompts and generate embeddings or create and modify images directly in your workflows.

Text embedding models convert text into numeric vectors that help you build search, clustering, and recommendation features. Image generation models let you create or edit images using text or image inputs.

This update allows you to work with more Google Vertex model capabilities in one place and expand the types of content your workflows can process.

For more information, refer to Sprinklr-Provided LLMs: Supported Models and Default Configurations.

Bulk Testing for AI Use Case Pipelines

You can now perform Bulk Testing for AI use case pipelines. Instead of testing one case at a time, you can run tests on multiple cases and analyze their responses together. Bulk testing is available for both inference pipelines and evaluation pipelines, making it easier to validate use cases like sentiment analysis at scale.

For more information, refer to Bulk Testing of AI Pipelines.

Introducing AI+ Reporting

You can now access reporting for all AI+ features through the Sprinklr AI+ data source. This update allows you to view detailed information for every AI request made across the platform. AI+ Reporting dashboards show how AI features are used and when requests are processed. They bring AI activity into one consistent reporting view.

This helps you understand AI usage more clearly and review activity without switching between tools. It allows you to answer questions faster and support analysis with complete data.

For more information, refer to AI+ Reporting.

Integrations

The following updates are released under the Integrations module:

CRON Scheduling for Periodic Data Sync

You can now use a cron based connector in Unified Data Connector to schedule API calls, transform the response, and keep your custom entities updated automatically. You can run one or more APIs on a recurring schedule and insert, update, or remove records based on the latest data received.

The cron connector is a configurable tool that fetches external data at set intervals, formats it for your custom entities, and keeps your records aligned with the source system.

This update helps you reduce manual integration work, avoid maintaining custom scripts, and support large scale sync needs through a consistent and flexible interface.

Refer to CRON Scheduling for more details.

Aprimo Connector Support for Client Credential Grant Type

You can now connect to Aprimo using the client credential grant type in OAuth 2.0. This update lets you authenticate with newer Aprimo environments that no longer support older authentication methods.

The client credential grant type is a secure OAuth 2.0 flow that allows your connector to access Aprimo without requiring user-based authentication. This update helps you work with a wider range of Aprimo environments and improves compatibility for your integrations.

Zendesk Connections Manager Authentication

You can now connect to Zendesk using a global OAuth client through Connections Manager. This update lets you replace API token authentication with a more secure and scalable method.

OAuth clients are centralized authentication applications that manage access without shared or static tokens.

This update helps you move to Zendesk's new authentication model, improves security, and gives you a single-entry point for all future Zendesk integrations.

For more information, refer to Configure Zendesk Connection in Connections Manager.

Adobe Experience Manager Bidirectional Sync

You can now sync asset metadata between Sprinklr and Adobe Experience Manager in both directions. You can also create assets in Adobe Experience Manager when they are generated in Sprinklr and see their performance data reflected back in Adobe Experience Manager.

Bi directional sync keeps asset metadata aligned across both systems. It ensures that updates, new assets, and reporting details are shared so teams work with consistent information.

This update allows you to manage digital assets with less manual effort, maintain accurate records in both platforms, and give your teams better insight into how assets perform.

For detailed information, refer to Adobe Experience Manager Integration.

Filter Support in Extensions Library

You can now filter external API configurations directly in the External API module record manager. You can quickly narrow the list by credentials, platform, creator, or application name depending on the API type.

This update helps you manage large sets of external API definitions more easily, reduces time spent searching through records, and improves accuracy when you audit or modify your integrations.

For more information, refer to Extensions Library.

Sprinklr Marketplace provides a unified view into all integrations supported by Sprinklr, along with detailed information for each app. This release introduces several enhancements that improve transparency, usability, and governance.

Marketplace Enhancements

  • App Labels: Applications are now labeled as Free or Paid, helping users quickly identify licensing requirements.

  • App Tags: Tags have been introduced to categorize apps based on functionality, such as Analytics & Attribution, Digital Asset Management, Productivity Tools, and more.

  • Refined Install Button: The Install button now clearly indicates when an app cannot be installed due to licensing, dependency, or implementation requirements.

  • Installed Apps Management: Manage all installed integrations in one place, regardless of which product uses them.

  • App Details Access: For each app, users have access to setup steps, screenshots, and direct links to knowledge‑base documentation.

  • Audit Logs: A built‑in audit log provides full visibility into changes made within apps, such as case or account configuration updates, along with details of who performed them and when.

For more information, see Sprinklr Marketplace: A Unified Way to Manage Integrations.

Integrate Canva with Sprinklr

Sprinklr now integrates with Canva, allowing users to import Canva designs into Sprinklr Digital Asset Management (DAM) as assets. Users can browse and search Canva designs inside the Sprinklr UI, preview designs, and access metadata such as expiry date, description, version, and author details without switching between platforms.

This integration eliminates manual downloads and re‑uploads, ensures metadata consistency, strengthens brand governance by preventing outdated or incorrect creatives, and makes collaboration between design, brand, and publishing teams faster and more connected.

For more information, see Integrate Canva with Sprinklr.

Adobe Workfront Integration: Bi-directional Sync and Multiple Project Support

The Adobe Workfront integration now supports bi‑directional synchronization, enabling draft posts created in Sprinklr to be sent to Adobe Workfront as tasks. This integration also supports multiple Workfront projects, allowing users to route Sprinklr draft posts to specific projects and import tasks from multiple projects back into Sprinklr.

For more information, see (Optional) Bi‑Directional Sync.

Computer Telephony Integration (CTI)

The following enhancements are being introduced in the CTI capabilities in Sprinklr Service:

Reporting Metrics on CTI Home Screen

The CTI home screen now supports displaying reporting metrics such as case count, number of connected calls, and other values configured in the Persona App. Agents can access these key performance indicators directly within the CTI interface, making important data visible at a glance.

This enhancement reduces reliance on external reporting tools or supervisors for basic statistics. By providing a clear overview of call activity on the home screen, agents can track their performance more efficiently.

For more information, see CTI Home Screen Reporting Metrics.

Custom Dialer Support in ACW Redial

The ACW (After Call Work) Redial capability now supports custom dialers, allowing agents to choose both the dialer and the number when placing a redial call. The Redial screen presents two tabs:

  • Customer: Allows agents to select the appropriate dialer and contact to redial the customer.

  • External: Allows agents to manually enter a phone number and place a redial call using the selected dialer.

This enhancement gives agents greater flexibility during the ACW stage by allowing them to select the appropriate dialer or manually enter an external number, streamlining post‑call workflows and making follow‑ups more efficient.

For more information, see Custom Dialer Support in ACW Redial.

Sandbox

The following update is introduced in the Sandbox module.

Quick Preview of Entity Changes in Review Issues

Users validating open issues can now quickly review entity changes without switching to the Preview section.

With this update, a View Details option is available directly within the Review Conflicts window for entities associated with an object. By clicking View Details, users can open an inline preview that displays the change-level details, including what exactly has been modified along with the AI integrated summary of the changes.

This enhancement enables users to quickly review changes, understand the context, and take actions such as skip or acknowledge the issue without leaving the Review Issues page, making the validation workflow faster and more efficient. For more information, refer to the Sandbox Validation Framework article.

Governance

The following updates are introduced in Sprinklr Governance.

Task Visibility Support Added to Entity Visibility Policies

Sprinklr now supports visibility control for Task entities, including callbacks, through Entity Visibility Policies.

When this feature is enabled, agents and supervisors see only the tasks they are authorized to access. Task visibility policies are enforced across key areas including Agent Home, Pending Assignment, Case Third Pane, ACW (After Call Work), QM (Quality Management), and task dashboards. Tasks that do not meet the configured visibility criteria are hidden from users, ensuring secure and controlled task access across the platform.

Admins can select Tasks as an entity in visibility policies and configure rules based on task properties. When enabled, unauthorized tasks are hidden from all task related experiences and cannot be opened or assigned.  For more information, refer to the Case and User Visibility Configuration article.

Support for User Context Filters in Entity Visibility Policies

Entity Visibility Policy filters now support user context–based conditions when evaluating user-type fields. Administrators can use contexts such as Logged-in User, Supervisor Team, Direct Reportees, and All Reportees to dynamically control entity visibility based on the user accessing the platform.

This enhancement enables more scalable visibility policies by allowing rules to automatically resolve user relationships, eliminating the need to create separate policies for individual users. For more information, refer to the Case and User Visibility Configuration article.

Updated Permission Controls for Feature Settings Page

Sprinklr has updated the permission model for the Feature Settings page to ensure that only the appropriate users can view and edit Workspace and Global Settings.

What’s New

Feature Settings were previously visible to all users, regardless of their role. With this update, visibility and edit access now follow a stricter governance model based on both admin type and edit permissions.

Workspace Settings

  • View: Only Workspace Admins for that workspace and Global Admins can view Workspace Settings.

  • Edit: A user must have Edit permission (from a user group) and be either the Workspace Admin for that workspace or a Global Admin.

Global Settings

  • View: Only Workspace Admins and Global Admins can view Global Settings.

  • Edit: Only Global Admins with Edit permission (from a user group) can edit Global Settings.

For more information, refer to the Feature Settings Page article.

Data Retention Policy 2.0

Data Retention Policy (DRP) 2.0 introduces enhanced capabilities to help organizations comply with client-specific requirements and legal regulations by automatically deleting data after a defined retention period. This feature enables automated entity deletion based on predefined conditions and timeframes, ensuring that data is retained only for the required duration and removed once the retention criteria are met. For more information, refer to the Data Retention Policy 2.0 article.

Note: Access to the DRP 2.0 feature is controlled by the Dynamic Property.

Sprinklr APIs

The following enhancements are introduced in Sprinklr APIs:

Publishing Message API: Support for New WhatsApp and Live Chat Template Types

The Publishing Message APIs for Sprinklr Live Chat Templates and WhatsApp Dynamic Templates now support additional template types, expanding flexibility for customer engagement.

These are supported template types:

  • WhatsApp Business: Request Location, Address, CTA URL Button

  • Sprinklr Live Chat: Product Card, Info Card, Product List, Product Showcase Card, Product Banner, Survey, Form, Rich Text

API‑Based Automatic Article Translation

You can now translate article content through a new API endpoint when articles are created or updated. This update allows you to generate translated versions of your articles during the synchronization process so you can use them in more languages.

Translations are created only when the article content changes. The system compares the latest content with the previously translated version to decide whether translation is needed.

This update helps you avoid unnecessary translation requests and ensures you only translate content when it has been updated, reducing manual work and improving efficiency.

Sprinklr Webhooks

The following enhancements are introduced in Sprinklr Webhooks:

Voice Call Events Webhook Enhancements

The following enhancements are introduced in Voice Call Events Webhooks to provide greater visibility into campaign context and agent activity:

  • For all events: campaignName, segmentName, campaignCallAttemptNumber

  • For ACW_Triggered and ACW_Submitted events: agentId, agentName, acwId, acwName
