Creative Agent

Overview

The Creative Agent is the asset generation component of Sprinklr Marketing Agent. It transforms ideas, briefs, and campaign objectives into publish-ready creative assets, including images, carousels, and short-form videos across 5 channels, which include Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X and TikTok. The agent uses brand context from Brand DNA setup on the Brands page to ensure generated assets align with brand guidelines, visual identity, tone, and campaign objectives.

As part of the broader Marketing Agent ecosystem, the Creative Agent works alongside Brand DNA and Ideation Agent to create a seamless workflow from content strategy to content generation.

Note:

1. Marketing Agent is currently in the Limited Accessibility (LA) phase. If you are interested in gaining access, please contact your Success Manager. Alternatively, you can submit a request at tickets@sprinklr.com.

2. The Creative Agent workflow now decouples content generation from idea generation. Users can directly provide an existing content brief and generate content without first creating ideas, making the workflow faster and more flexible.

Why Creative Agent Matters

Creating high-quality marketing assets often requires coordination between strategists, copywriters, designers, and social media teams. This process can slow campaign execution and increase production costs.

The Creative Agent accelerates content production by converting ideas and briefs into on-brand visual assets within a conversational experience. It enables marketers to move quickly from concept to execution while maintaining consistency across channels and campaigns.

By leveraging Brand DNA and ideas generated by Ideation Agent, the Creative Agent helps reduce repetitive design work and ensures generated assets reflect the organisation's established visual identity and messaging guidelines.

Personas for Creative Agent

  • Social Media Manager: Creates platform-ready visual assets for campaigns, promotions, and daily social publishing activities.

  • Creative Strategist: Rapidly explores multiple creative directions and campaign concepts before finalising designs.

  • Content Lead: Generates supporting visual content that aligns with messaging, audience expectations, and channel-specific requirements.

  • Brand Manager: Ensures generated creative assets stay aligned with brand colours, typography, visual standards, and campaign objectives.

What the Creative Agent Entails

  1. AI-Powered Asset Generation: The Creative Agent generates marketing assets directly from guided user prompts, or approved ideas.

  2. Brand-Aware Creation: Generated assets draw from Brand DNA, including brand colours, logos, typography, tone of voice, and established brand rules.

  3. Multiple Asset Formats: The agent can create different asset types required for social and marketing campaigns, including Images, Carousels, and Short-form videos.

  4. Conversational Refinement: Users can iteratively refine generated content through natural-language instructions, allowing multiple versions and creative variations to be explored.

  5. Connected Marketing Workflow: The Creative Agent serves as the bridge between idea generation and publishing, enabling users to transform approved concepts into usable assets that can move into publishing workflows.

Skills in Creative Agent

  • Atomize content: Transform long-form business content, such as press release, product specs doc, or a blog post into platform-specific social media posts.
  • Generate visual assets: Extract relevant images from uploaded content or find suitable assets from available DAM or web sources.
  • Localize content: Translate generated posts into supported languages while keeping captions and visuals organized in structured content cards.
  • Adapt hero assets: Repurpose approved visual assets into channel- and format-specific variations for different social platforms. Refer to Skills in Creative Agent for more details.

Decoupled Idea Agent and Creative Agent

Creative Agent now allows users to generate social media assets directly from their prompts, without requiring an intermediate idea-generation step. This separates Asset Generation from Idea Generation, enabling users to move directly from a content request to asset creation using their prompt, brand context, selected channel, and any uploaded or DAM-saved assets or even uploaded documents.

How It Works

When a user submits an asset-first request, Creative Agent:

  • Identifies the request as Asset Generation and does not automatically create an idea.
  • Uses Brain/brand context to apply relevant tone, channel specifications, brand guidelines, and defaults.
  • Extracts key requirements from the prompt, including topic, channel, content type, tone, CTA, and references.
  • Generates directly when the prompt provides sufficient creative direction or is a refinement request.
  • Searches Idea Hub only when needed—specifically when the prompt is broad and relevant existing ideas may help shape the creative brief.

If matching ideas are found for a broad request, users can choose to:

  1. Use an existing idea as the creative brief.
  2. Provide their own creative direction.
  3. Proceed directly with asset generation using the information already provided.

If no matching ideas are found, the agent proceeds directly with the user's prompt and brand context.

Accessing the Creative Agent

To access the Creative Agent:

  1. Open Marketing Agent from the Sprinklr navigation menu.
  2. Launch the dedicated Marketing Agent Workspace.
  3. Start a conversation or continue from an existing idea-generation workflow.
  4. Provide a creative brief, campaign objective, or approved idea.
  5. Marketing Agent will automatically trigger Ideation Agent (when given creative brief or campaign objective or any prompt) and help you with ideas to proceed generating content with. If you start with an approved idea or brief or uploaded images/documents, Marketing Agent will trigger Creative Agent and proceed straight to generating content.
  6. Request asset generation and review the generated outputs.

The Creative Agent is available within the unified Marketing Agent experience, allowing users to move between ideation, creation, and publishing without switching tools.
