Overview
Marketing Agent is Sprinklr's agentic social media management solution that automates the social marketing lifecycle, from discovering insights to creating assets - within a single persistent context layer. Unlike traditional marketing tools, where teams manually translate insights into ideas, ideas into content, and content into channel-specific posts across multiple platforms, Marketing Agent executes this workflow while remaining aligned with brand voice, channel guidelines, campaign objectives, and organizational context.
The solution delivers immediate value to both new and existing Sprinklr customers with minimal onboarding and enables enterprises to manage social content creation and publishing at scale.
Note: Marketing Agent is currently in the Limited Accessibility (LA) phase. If you are interested in gaining access, please contact your Success Manager. Alternatively, you can submit a request at tickets@sprinklr.com.
Core Capabilities of Marketing Agent
Marketing Agent is built around four connected capabilities:
1. Brand DNA
Brand DNA is the intelligence layer that powers every agent action. It maintains persistent organizational context, including:
- Brand voice and tone
- Channel-specific guidelines
- Campaign memory
- Audience definitions
- Organizational knowledge base
Every downstream agent uses this context to ensure consistency and relevance.
2. Ideation Agent
The Ideation Agent continuously analyzes unified enterprise data, including social listening, organic performance, paid media insights, and competitive benchmarks to identify statistically significant trends and convert them into actionable campaign and content ideas. Rather than relying on manual analysis, marketing teams receive prioritized recommendations backed by data.
3. Content Agent
Once an idea is approved, the Content Agent transforms it into publish-ready content across 5 social channels (Facebook, Instagram, X, LinkedIn and TikTok). The capabilities include:
- Platform-specific copy generation
- Creative recommendations
- Hashtag optimization
- Channel-specific aspect ratios
- Content localization
The result is channel-native content that remains consistent with brand guidelines.
How Marketing Agent Transforms Enterprise Social Marketing
Enterprise social marketing has become increasingly complex. Brands manage dozens of channels, multiple regional teams, growing volumes of customer signals, and increasingly sophisticated campaigns. However, the operating model has remained largely manual, requiring marketers to spend nearly 70% of their time on operational work - analyzing data, generating ideas, creating content, coordinating reviews, and adapting assets for different channels.
Marketing Agent fundamentally changes this model by unifying data, context, creation, and execution into a single autonomous workflow. Instead of helping marketers complete individual tasks, it orchestrates the entire journey from insight to published content.
1. Unifies Enterprise Data into Actionable Insights
Marketing Agent eliminates data silos by bringing together signals from across the social ecosystem, including:
Social listening
Organic performance analytics
Paid campaign metrics
Competitive benchmarks
The Ideation Agent continuously analyzes this unified dataset to identify emerging trends, audience behaviors, and content opportunities. Instead of manually piecing together insights from disconnected systems, marketing teams receive data-backed recommendations that are timely, contextual, and immediately actionable.
2. Connects Disconnected Workflows with a Shared Context
Marketing Agent replaces fragmented marketing workflows with a seamless, end-to-end execution model.
Rather than moving between multiple tools for insights, ideation, content creation, approvals, and publishing, every stage operates within a single connected workflow powered by a persistent Brand DNA.
This shared context also bridges organizational silos by giving social, paid, regional, creative, and agency teams access to the same campaign objectives, brand guidelines, and content history. As a result, organizations can:
Eliminate duplicate work
Improve cross-functional collaboration
Maintain a single source of truth
Reduce manual coordination and review cycles
3. Scales Brand Consistency Across Channels
Marketing Agent ensures every piece of content remains aligned with the organization's identity by embedding Brand DNA into every decision. Unlike generic AI models that generate content without business context, Marketing Agent understands:
Brand voice and tone
Campaign objectives
Audience preferences
Channel-specific best practices
Compliance and governance requirements
The Content Agent automatically generates platform-native content that is consistent, contextual, and ready for review, significantly reducing manual editing while preserving brand integrity across regions, business units, and social channels.
4. Accelerates Time-to-Market
Marketing Agent compresses the traditional campaign lifecycle from 3–5 weeks to just a few hours.
Insights are automatically converted into campaign ideas, approved ideas become channel-ready content, and generated assets can be easily saved or downloaded - all within a connected workflow.
This enables brands to respond to emerging trends, participate in cultural moments as they happen, and engage audiences before opportunities disappear, dramatically increasing the speed and impact of social marketing.
