Skills in Creative Agent

Updated

The skills in Creative Agent streamline social media content creation by helping users transform existing business content into social posts, generate supporting visual assets, localize content for different audiences, and adapt brand assets for multiple social channels. Generated content is presented through structured content cards, making it easier to review, manage, and reuse content across campaigns.

Access to Creative Agent

Access to Creative Agent is managed through the Social Media Agent persona application. Permissions are set at the application level, allowing administrators to control access through Persona App Manager by assigning appropriate user groups when publishing the application.

Steps to Configure

  1. Open Persona App Manager.
  2. Locate the Social Media Agent persona application.
  3. Select the option to share the application.
  4. Configure the required user groups (note that the configuration is exclusion-first).
  5. Save the configuration.

As the sharing is exclusion-first, any users or user groups added in the configuration will not be able to see the persona application and its associated capabilties.

Creative Agent Skills

1. Atomize Content

The Atomize capability enables users to convert long-form business content into social media posts. Instead of manually extracting key messages from blogs, product brochures, press releases, or product announcements, users can upload source content and have Creative Agent generate platform-specific social media copy.

The uploaded document serves as contextual input for the agent. Creative Agent analyses the content and generates social media captions tailored to the requested platform. Generated content is presented in a structured content card, making it easier to review and reuse.

How to Atomize Content

  1. Open Persona App Manager.
  2. Locate the Social Media Agent persona application and select it to launch the dedicated Marketing Agent Workspace.
  3. Click New Chat.
  4. Upload a supported document, such as a blog, product brochure, or press release.
  5. Enter a prompt describing the social media content you want to create.
  6. Submit the request.
  7. Review the generated caption in the content card.
  8. Save or use the generated content as needed.

This capability helps users repurpose existing business content into concise, platform-ready social media posts without manually rewriting the source material.

2. Generate Visual Assets from Uploaded Content

As part of the atomization workflow, Creative Agent can also identify and generate visual assets that complement the generated social media content.

When an uploaded document contains images, the agent can extract and reuse those images within the generated post. If the document contains only text, Creative Agent can identify the key topic, product, or campaign and retrieve relevant imagery from available Digital Asset Manager (DAM) repositories or web sources.

For example, if a document describes the launch of a new phone but does not include images, Creative Agent can identify the product and locate relevant visual assets. If suitable images already exist within the uploaded document, the agent can use those instead.

The generated caption and associated visual assets are displayed together in a structured content card, providing a more complete social media post that users can review and reuse.

3. Localize Generated Content

After content has been created, users can localize it into supported languages directly from the content card. Previously, localized content was returned as a single unstructured response, making it difficult to identify individual content components and manage multiple language variants.

Creative Agent now presents localized content through structured content cards, with captions and visual assets clearly separated. Users can select Localize from a content card, choose a target language*, and generate a localized version. Each language version is stored within the content card experience, allowing users to easily switch between available translations.

Supported Languages include: EN — English, FR — French, DE — German, ES — Spanish, PT — Portuguese, IT — Italian, JA — Japanese, KO — Korean, ZH — Chinese, AR — Arabic.

How to localize content

  1. Generate content using Creative Agent.
  2. Review the generated content in the content card.
  3. Select Localize.
  4. Choose a supported target language.
  5. Select Done.
  6. Review the localized content in the newly generated content card.
  7. Switch between language versions as needed.

Existing actions, such as downloading and saving images, remain available for both original and localized content.

Note: Additional language support may be introduced in future releases.

4. Adapt Hero Assets for Multiple Social Channels

Once content has been created and localized, users can adapt approved visual assets for different social media platforms and formats. Many brands maintain approved visual assets, often referred to as hero assets, that must be reused across campaigns and channels. Traditionally, creating channel-specific variations required manual editing or support from design and marketing teams.

Creative Agent simplifies this process by allowing users to upload or select an existing hero asset, specify the destination platform, and generate an adapted version that aligns with the target format.

How to adapt a hero asset

  1. Open Creative Agent.
  2. Upload or select an existing visual asset.
  3. Specify the target social media platform or format.
  4. Provide any relevant brand context.
  5. Submit the request.
  6. Review the adapted visual asset generated by the agent.

This capability helps organisations maximise the reuse of approved assets while reducing the effort required to create platform-specific variations.
