Sprinklr’s Journey Facilitator helps marketers create unified, omnichannel customer journeys using a visual, state-of-the-art flow builder. The customer journey flow is the visual representation of the pattern that your brand is mapping to communicate with the customers across different channels.

There are various actions that you can take on a journey, such as delete, edit journey, edit settings, etc. In this article, we will learn how to perform these actions. 

User relevant personas

  • Content Creators can leverage these actions to create omni-channel journeys to push effective content to the customers.

  • Content Managers can use these actions to approve what has already been created as drafts by the Content Creator and can suggest changes accordingly.

  • Campaign Marketers can leverage these actions to manage the Journeys and deploy the already created drafts.

How it works

To deploy a journey

  1. Click the New Tab icon Space Add New Tab Icon. Under the Sprinklr Marketing tab, click Journey Facilitator within Publish.

  2. On the Journey Facilitator window, hover over the Options icon  of a journey and select Deploy.

  3. You will receive a Success Message once the journey is deployed and the journey will start sending out the outbound messages as per the configurations made inside the journey.

To edit Settings

  1. Click the New Tab icon Space Add New Tab Icon. Under the Sprinklr Marketing tab, click Journey Facilitator within Publish.

  2. On the Journey Facilitator window, hover over the Options icon  of a journey (irrespective of its status) and select Edit Settings.

  3. On the Edit Journey window, make changes as per your requirement.

  4. Click Save in the bottom right corner.

To edit a Journey

  1. Click the New Tab icon Space Add New Tab Icon. Under the Sprinklr Marketing tab, click Journey Facilitator within Publish.

  2. On the Journey Facilitator window, hover over the Options icon  of a journey (irrespective of its status) and select Edit Journey.

  3. On the Journey Builder window, click the Addition icon to add Actions and Conditions to your journey flow.

  4. Click on an existing Action or Condition to Delete it. 

  5. Click Save as draft or Save & Deploy

To delete a Journey

  1. Click the New Tab icon Space Add New Tab Icon. Under the Sprinklr Marketing tab, click Journey Facilitator within Publish.

  2. On the Journey Facilitator window, hover over the Options icon  of a journey (irrespective of its status) and select Delete.

  3. On the Delete Journey pop-up window, click Delete. You will receive a success message once the journey is deleted.

To clone a Journey

  1. Click the New Tab icon Space Add New Tab Icon. Under the Sprinklr Marketing tab, click Journey Facilitator within Publish.

  2. On the Journey Facilitator window, hover over the Options icon  of a journey (irrespective of its status) and select Clone Journey to create a copy of it.

  3. You will receive a success message once the journey is cloned.

To stop a Journey

  1. Click the New Tab icon Space Add New Tab Icon. Under the Sprinklr Marketing tab, click Journey Facilitator within Publish.

  2. On the Journey Facilitator window, hover over the Options icon  of an Active (status) journey and select Stop Journey.

  3. You will receive a success message once the journey is stopped. The status of the journey will be updated to Stopped.

FAQs

By design, the user can not make and save changes to an already active journey. But you can always stop the journey first and then make changes in the flow of the journey by adding or removing actions/conditions.
