Bynder DAM Integration

The Bynder DAM and Sprinklr integration enables you to access approved, curated assets from Bynder directly within Sprinklr. These assets are available in real-time and can be used for content planning, creation, and publishing. Assets pulled from Bynder are synced unidirectionally from Bynder to Sprinklr.
Note: Access to this feature is controlled by a dynamic property (DP). To enable this feature in your environment, reach out to your Success Manager. Alternatively, you can submit a request at tickets@sprinklr.com.
This integration offers the following key benefits:
Centralize Asset Management: Use Bynder as the central source for assets in campaigns run through Sprinklr.
Enforce Governance: Control visibility, usage restrictions, and expiration dates of assets.
Ensure Real-Time Synchronization: Automatically sync updates made in Bynder to Sprinklr, ensuring up-to-date content.
Note: A new filtering mechanism has been enabled between Sprinklr and Bynder. This means that assets will no longer be automatically synced; instead, only the assets that our partners want to sync, based on a custom field, will be included.
Access Bynder DAM Assets using Asset Manager
Click the New Tab icon
. Under the Sprinklr Social tab, click Assets within Engage.
On the Digital Asset Management window, click Add Asset In the top right corner and choose the Asset Type as either an Image or a Video from the drop-down menu.
On the Media Uploader window, select the Bynder DAM tab at the top of the Media Uploader and choose the desired asset and click Add.
Next, enter the details of the asset in the Create New Asset window and click Save in the bottom right corner of the window.
Note: When you access Bynder for the first time, Sprinklr prompts you to enter your Bynder portal domain and log in using your credentials. After successful authentication, your Bynder assets appear in Sprinklr Digital Asset Manager.
Access Bynder DAM Assets using Quick Publish
Click the New Tab icon
. Under the Sprinklr Social tab, click Quick Publish within Engage.
In the Create Post window, search and select the required account in the Select Accounts field.
Once you have selected the account you would like to publish to, enter the content for the post in the Message box.
Click Photo or Video to add an Bynder DAM Assets using the Media Uploader.
On the Media Uploader pop-up window, select the Bynder DAM tab at the top of the Media Uploader and click Open Bynder DAM.
Next, enter the additional required information in the Create Post window and click Post in the bottom right corner to publish your post.
