Do’s and Dont’s for Jabra headphones
Here are the steps for using the headphones properly.
Do’s:
Always connect the Jabra Headphones through Jabra Link. Don’t directly connect the headphones through bluetooth.
Use the Jabra Direct Application to customize the audio settings.
Keep Jabra Direct and Firmware up to date.
If you are facing any issues with the headphones, reach out to your IT team to update the firmware for the headphones and Jabra Link.
Always connect through Jabra link, not through the Bluetooth.
Check for latest updates in the Jabra Direct App.

Don’t Pair with Multiple Devices Simultaneously if Unnecessary.

Here are a list of Settings that you need to turn OFF:
Answering call through rotating boom arm
Boom Arm Mute
Auto Reject Call
On-Head detection
Auto-Resume by Motion Detection
Mute- Call by on Ear detection
Settings that should be turned on

Auto Sleep should be set to Never.
Turn Mute Reminder tone to ON.
Turn Earcup headphones to ON.
