View Gallery Analytics

Gallery Analytics is a new data source option within Sprinklr which allows users to understand key consumption and usage information for their Galleries.

Before you Begin

Gallery Analytics is in limited availability and will need to be activated for a given partner.

Standard dashboards for Gallery Analytics are coming soon.

  1. Click the New Tab icon Space Add New Tab Icon. Under the Sprinklr Social tab, click Reporting within Analyze.

  2. Create a new dashboard or select an existing dashboard to work in.

  3. Click Add Widget in the top right corner to be taken to the widget editor.

  4. Select Gallery Analytics from the Data Source list and then select the chart type.

  5. Complete the setup of the chart by entering in the metric, dimensions, and filters as needed.

  6. Click Add to Dashboard to save the chart to your dashboard.

The number of distinct times a Gallery has been loaded on a page, giving the user an opportunity to see the Gallery

Clicks

Tracks the total number of user engagements with a Gallery

Outbound Post

Displays the outbound message associated with the engagement

Inbound Message

Displays the inbound message associated with the engagement

Click Type

Shows the items users are clicking on within your Gallery (ex. Post Card Open, Post Source, Shoppable Product, etc.)

Custom Field Filter

Breaks the results down by the specific value(s) within the custom field being used to tag posts and filter your Gallery

Date

The calendar date on which the activity occurred

Gallery Name

Lists the names of all Galleries that have received activity

Media Type

Sprinklr Automatically interprets the content of the messages in your Gallery by the following types: PHOTO, VIDEO, DOCUMENT, PRESENTATION, MIXED, AUDIO, GRAFFITI, OFFER, EVENT, TEXT

Page URL

Displays the URL for the page in which the Gallery is loaded from (If available)

Post Hyperlink

When using a “Link URL” custom field or Shoppable Store Link Tag, indicates the hyperlink the user was driven to when they clicked on a post

Post Permalink

Shows the URL for the source of the content

Product Filter

When a Gallery is being filtered on a website by a product ID

Product ID

The ID of the associated product that has been tagged on a post

Product Name

Lists the name of a product that has been tagged and clicked on within your Gallery

Social Network

The name of the Social Network

Product URL

The URL associated with a given product. The product URL is typically the location of a product detail page (PDP)
