Sprinklr’s Guided Workflows offers a modular permission system that allows administrators to assign specific access levels to users based on their roles and responsibilities. This ensures secure, scalable, and efficient collaboration across teams.

Assigning Permissions
Permissions for Guided Workflow Manager, Guided Workflow Applications, Global Variables can be easily managed by creating Global Roles or Workspace Roles and selecting the appropriate module and permission level for each user group.
The following permissions are available for the modules :
View: Read-only access to view configurations and settings.
Edit: Ability to create and modify content.
Delete: Permission to remove workflows, applications, or variables.
Deploy: Rights to activate or pause workflows and applications.
Lock/Unlock: Control over locking configurations to prevent unauthorized changes.
