Guide to Omni-Channel Campaigns

Omni-channel campaigns help business in delivering targeted messages to audience across various channels, such as social media platforms, email, SMS, and more. Apart from leveraging the channel specific strategies it also help in discovering key metrics and performance indicators to monitor, enabling the business to assess the impact of the campaigns and make data-driven decisions for future optimizations.
Creating campaign on Preferred Channel:
First step is to create a file of leads consisting with preferred channel field. For example, the file should contain a column or attribute that indicates a preferred channel, it can be WhatsApp, SMS, Email, Voice, etc.
Once the file is created, ingest the file containing leads via Data Connector
You can use File Upload, FTP or any other connector to upload the file.To ingest the file, click on the data collection tab and then click on Install connector.
After the file is uploaded open a new tab and search campaigns.
In the voice campaign manager tab click on create campaigns.
Here you can create a campaigns for existing leads.
Fill in all the necessary information to create a campaign.
After creating a campaign, click on segment manager tab to create segment and then click on create segment.
After creating the segment, open a new tab and search ‘Journey Facilitator’.
Click on add journey and create a journey.
Fill in the necessary information to create a journey.
Once the information is saved a journey builder would open up. Add decision node to select different preferred channel and channel specific nodes as per business use case.
