AI+ Studio is a one-stop platform for managing various AI features across different product suites in Sprinklr. This unified platform allows businesses to customize and deploy AI solutions tailored to their specific use cases, enhancing efficiency and effectiveness across the board. It is designed to streamline the integration of AI into business operations. AI+ Studio comprises the following two sections:

Access AI+ Studio in Sprinklr

AI+ Studio in Sprinklr can be accessed using two simple methods: through the search bar or through All Settings. Follow the steps below to navigate to AI+ Studio:

Method 1: Accessing through the Search Bar

• Log in to your Sprinklr account.

• On the Launchpad, locate the search bar at the top of the screen.

• Type "AI+ Studio" into the search bar.

• In the search results, locate AI+ Studio under the Products section.

• Click on AI+ Studio to open it.

​Method 2: Accessing through All Settings

• Log in to your Sprinklr account.

• Navigate to the Launchpad and click on All Settings.

• Under the Manage Customer section, find and click on AI+ Studio.

By following either of these methods, you can access AI+ Studio and start leveraging its capabilities.

Upon opening AI+ Studio, you will see a screen with two key options:

1. Provider and Model Settings: Manage all providers and models, including Sprinklr-provided LLMs or custom providers added using your API keys.

2. Deploy Your Use-Cases: Access and manage deployments for all AI-driven use-cases, including default global deployments and custom configurations tailored to your needs.

Choose the desired option to begin managing your AI configurations or deploying use-cases efficiently.

Provider and Model settings

This section allows you to manage providers and models efficiently.

View Sprinklr-Provided LLM

If your organization has opted for Sprinklr-provided large language models (LLMs), these will appear automatically in this section—no manual addition required.

Add Custom Providers

To add your own provider using a personal API key:

• Click on the + Add Provider button.

• Enter the required details and save the configuration.

Deploying AI-Driven Use-Cases

In the Deploy Your Use-Cases section, you can access and manage all AI-driven use-cases specific to your current enablements and permissions.

View Default Global Deployments

You can explore global deployments available by default for various use-cases. These save you time by eliminating the need to create deployments manually during the initial setup.

Create Custom Deployments

To create your own custom deployments:

• Click on the + Deployment button.

• Configure the deployment and set filters to assign specific deployments to specific records.

You can create multiple deployments for a single use-case, providing flexibility and granularity.
