Email Templates Overview

The Reward Engine includes pre-configured email templates for key events. These templates notify you about important updates related to your rewards and tokens. Admins can enable, customise, or disable these templates through the Email Templates Tab in the Admin Console.

Pre-configured Email Templates

  1. ADV_REWARD_REQUEST_APPROVED

    1. Subject: Congratulations! Your Reward Has Been Approved

  2. ADV_REWARD_REQUEST_REJECTED

    1. Subject: Your Reward Request has been Rejected

  3. ADV_REWARD_REQUEST_COMPLETED

    1. Subject: Your Reward Request is Complete!

  4. ADV_TOKENS_PRE_EXPIRY

    1. Subject: Your Tokens Are About to Expire. Redeem Today!

Notifications Overview

Notifications keep you informed about reward activities and token statuses. Depending on the type of notification, they can be delivered through multiple channels: mobile, Platform, and Email.

Available Notifications

  1. Reward Request Sent for Approval 

    Description: Notifies you when the reward request is sent for admin approval. 

    Available for: Mobile, Platform 

  2. Reward Request Approved 

    Description: Notifies you when the reward request is approved by an admin. 

    Available for: Mobile, Platform, Email 

  3. Reward Request Rejected 

    Description: Notifies you when the reward request is rejected by an admin. 

    Available for: Mobile, Platform, Email 

  4. Reward Redeemed

    Description: Notifies you when the reward request is successfully completed. 

    Available for: Mobile, Platform, Email 

  5. Reward Deleted 

    Description: Notifies you if the requested reward is deleted. 

    Available for: Mobile, Platform 

  6. Tokens About to Expire 

    Description: Alerts you when the tokens are nearing expiration. 

    Available for: Mobile, Platform, Email 

  7. Tokens Expired 

    Description: Notifies you when the tokens have expired. 

    Available for: Mobile, Platform, Email 

How to Manage Email Templates

Admins can enable or customize email templates through the Email Templates Tab in the Admin Console.

Steps to Access and Manage Email Templates

  1. Go to Admin Console( Advocacy Platform).

  2. Go to Email Template under Platform Configuration.

  3. Locate desired Email Template.

    Example: ADV_REWARD_REQUEST_APPROVED.

  4. Edit Subject and Body as needed.

  5. Click Save to activate the customised Email Template.

How to Manage Notifications

Admins can enable or disable notifications for specific channels (Mobile, Platform, Email) via the Notifications Tab in the Admin Console.

  1. Go to Admin Console( Advocacy Platform).

  2. Go to Navigantion Tab(under Platform Configuration).

  3. Locate the Notification Type (Example: Reward Request Approved).

  4. Select or deselect the Channels (Mobile, Platform, Email) for which the notification should be enabled.

  5. Click Save.
