The Translation Manager in our survey tool simplifies translating and managing surveys. It allows you to create a single survey and deliver it to respondents in their preferred language by eliminating the need to build separate surveys for each language. Regardless of language, all responses are consolidated into a unified dataset, streamlining reporting and analysis.

Prerequisites
You would need access to the Survey Creator permissions or must have the Admin role.
Navigation Steps
Let's have a look at the navigation steps:
Navigate to Sprinklr Insights and then go to Customer Feedback Management.
Navigate to Survey Settings and then go to Translations from the top menu.
Click + Translation.
Go to the Add Translation Tab
Select the Language from the dropdown.
Check the Auto Translate option in order to translate all the survey content in the selected language(Optional).
Note: You can always change the content or reset it to the base language.
Click Add.
Once the langauge is selected and auto translate is checked the translated survey appears on the right side.
Auto Translate
Hover over any content (such as questions, headers, or buttons) and click Auto Translate to translate it.
In order to translate the entire survey at once, use the Auto Translate button at the top.
Mark Translation as Complete
Click the tickmark icon that stands for Mark as Complete next to the translated content to mark it as complete.
You can hover over the checkmark to display information about who marked it as complete along with the timestamp.
Click the Mark all as Complete(at the bottom) icon at the bottom to mark all translations as complete.
Filtering Untranslated Content
Toggle Show Incomplete to filter and display only untranslated content for easy navigation.
Manage Translation
Page Dropdown: Click the Page Dropdown in the top bar to switch between survey pages.
Preview: Click Preview option from the top bar to view the survey in the translated language.
Note: Auto-translation quality may require manual adjustments for certain languages or nuanced terms and language support is limited to those currently available in the tool.
