UGC Rules

Updated

UGC Rules apply to user-generated content or their associated profiles when UGC is brought into the Sprinklr platform. Rules for UGC allow you to automate your UGC workflows and create efficiencies that save time and ensure uniformity in the way that UGC is tagged, assigned, and routed.

UGC Rules can be used to apply properties to incoming UGC, split UGC assets so that your assets are broken down into text and media components, assign to users or queues, suggest content, and more.

To Create UGC Rules

  1. Click the New Tab icon Screen Shot 2017-09-25 at 1.52.25 PM.png. Under Governance Console, click Manage Rules within Platform Setup.

  2. In the top right corner of the Manage Rules window, click Create New Rule

  3. On the New Rule window, fill in the required details. Select UGC from the Context dropdown. For more information, see Create a Rule.
