Locked out of Sprinklr using the wrong username and password combination

Overview

By default, there is virtually no limit on the amount of incorrect logins a user can perform. However, this can be customized and set to look a user out after a designated number of incorrect logins. If you wish to implement this feature, please contact your Account Manager.

If a user is logged out of his/her account:

  1. Email tickets@sprinklr.com from the email account that has been locked out.
  2. Sprinklr Support will verify the request and unlock the user.
  3. Support will notify user that they’ve been unlocked.
  4. If user requires a password reset after being unlocked, they must reach out to their Sprinklr Admin.
