Achieved the highest score among all reviewed vendors in the current offering and market presence categories, and among the highest scores in the strategy category

In the evaluation, Forrester analysts looked at vendors who have one unified suite offering that combines three or more social technology categories. These five categories include social listening, social adtech, word of mouth, onsite social capabilities, and social media management.
