With Sprinklr Marketing, the PROS team unified the customer journey with content, messaging, personas and languages tailored for each industry and geography it supports. The platform helped streamline social planning, publishing, listening and community management. But there were still pieces of its tech stack — such as project management tools, documents and spreadsheets — that were separate from PROS’ source of truth.
The company searched for a way to centralize ideation, planning, production, publishing and analysis of social content. At the same time, it wanted to enhance content tagging and organization to improve internal collaboration and track and analyze performance.

With Sprinklr Project Management, PROS can plan, publish and manage content from beginning to end on the same platform. Having a centralized solution for every stage of the social content lifecycle means that each team member involved in a project can work from a single source of truth with up-to-date deadlines and tasks. This not only connects the social publishing workflow and makes the PROS team more efficient, but it also reduces the need to constantly jump between platforms.

The addition of Sprinklr Project Management also gives the PROS team greater visibility across content schedules and deadlines in one location. The team uses the solution during a daily team sync for tracking the social team’s to-do list. "The agenda items are up there, we can mark off completed work and add to the list as tasks come up, so we can keep track of everything there," says Digital Marketing Specialist Taylor Cunningham.
Now, the team can easily prioritize tasks and execute campaigns to better reach potential customers. With the calendar view, employees can plan more effectively when tracking and launching end-to-end social campaigns. The Outcome
Since adding Project Management to its suite of Sprinklr products, PROS has unified campaign management and execution, streamlining workflows, improving productivity and enhancing collaboration across the social team.
With a centralized repository for social content and improved visibility into content schedules, teams can more directly create, publish and manage social media marketing from start to finish in one place.
In four months’ time, the PROS social team used Sprinklr Project Management to create nine portfolios, 42 projects and 22 sub-projects. Each portfolio groups a collection of projects together for the purpose of tracking, reporting and analysis, while each sub-project contains its own unique tasks and timelines. PROS also created five task forms, which allow users to collect actionable data from various stakeholders and collaborators, and 215 tasks.
