Sprinklr Marketing: 20.7.1 Release Notes

Updated

Sprinklr Marketing unifies and enhances marketing efforts across channels. It centralizes content creation, campaign management, and performance analytics for both organic and paid campaigns. This release introduces new capabilities designed to enhance customer experiences across all touchpoints.

Marketing

The following features are introduced to the Marketing module for improved experience and efficiency:

Enhanced Draft and Autofill Rules

The Rule Engine now supports executing multiple account actions in sequence when a rule meets multiple nodes or conditions. Previously, for Draft and Autofill rules, only the last configured account action was executed when multiple actions were configured in a rule. This enhancement ensures that all applicable account actions are applied, increasing the flexibility and reliability of rule execution.

Advertising

The following features are introduced to the Advertising module for improved experience and efficiency:

Facebook: New Ad Placement – Notification

Sprinklr now supports the Notification placement for Traffic, Engagement, Leads, Sales, and Advantage+ Shopping campaign objectives. With this update, users can preview how ads will appear in the Facebook Notifications placement directly within the creative preview screen. Ads using this placement will be displayed in users’ Facebook notifications. For more details, refer to Compose Facebook and Instagram Ads.

Facebook: Update to Customer List Custom Audience Eligibility for Special Ad Categories

Meta has delayed the rollout of eligibility requirements and certification for the use of customer list custom audience in Special Ad Category campaigns. To stay aligned with Meta's changes, Sprinklr has limited the availability of these features and will be enabled once Meta announces the rollout.

Snapchat: Updates to Pixel Eligibility and Conversion Windows

With this release, Sprinklr has updated pixel eligibility and conversion window settings to align with Snapchat’s latest changes:

  • Pixel Eligibility: The Tracking Pixel field under the Advanced Configuration tab now displays pixels based on the selected optimization goal and conversion window. This update applies to the following Snapchat optimization goals:

    • Maximize Landing Page Views

    • Pixel Add to Cart

    • Pixel Sign Up

    • Pixel Purchase

  • Conversion Windows: Available conversion window options now vary depending on the selected app and optimization goal. This change applies to the following Snapchat optimization goals:

    • App Install

    • Pay for Impressions

    • Add to Cart

    • App Purchase

    • App Sign Up

    • App Re-engagement (Open)

    • App Re-engagement (Purchase)

These updates apply only to new ad entities and do not impact previously published ads.

LinkedIn: Edit Custom Audience Names

Sprinklr now allows you to edit LinkedIn custom audience names directly from the Audience Manager and Ads Manager. The updated names will automatically reflect in the Ads Reporting dashboard filters and dimensions.
