The following features are introduced in Engagement for improved experience and efficiency:
Third Pane Now Supports Rich Text in YouTube Comments
We have enhanced the YouTube comments experience in the third pane. Previously, rich text formatting wasn’t rendered correctly, which could make comments appear cluttered or hard to read. With this update, rich text is now fully supported and displayed as intended, providing a clearer and more polished view of the comment content.
Text File Preview Now Supported in Engagement Columns
With this release, we have extended the preview functionality in the Engagement columns to include .txt (text) files. Previously, only PDF documents supported for previews. With this update, you can now view text file content directly within the Engagement interface, improving accessibility and usability.
Publishing
The following features are introduced in Publishing for improved experience and efficiency:
Mandatory Content Disclosure for Branded TikTok Posts via API
To enhance transparency and trust between TikTok users and advertisers, content disclosure is now mandatory for any branded content shared via Stories or Posts. Creators must enable the content disclosure setting when promoting a brand, product, or service. Starting August 22, 2025, specific parameters related to content disclosure will be required in all API requests, and any requests missing these parameters will fail. Auto-Responses for Bazaarvoice Review Comments Now Available
With this release, auto-responses to Bazaarvoice reviews are supported through the Rule Engine. This enhancement allows you to customize responses based on predefined rules, ensuring consistent and timely communication for Bazaarvoice reviews. As part of this update, the Inbound Rules configuration now supports selecting Bazaarvoice Review Comment as the preferred reply option for the Auto respond to a message action when Bazaarvoice is chosen. Auto-Responses for LinkedIn Company DMs Now Available
With this release, auto-responses for LinkedIn private messages (Direct messages) are supported through the Rule Engine, enabling you to engage instantly with users reaching out via LinkedIn. This enhancement allows you to customize responses based on predefined rules, ensuring consistent and timely communication for LinkedIn inquiries. As part of this update, the Inbound Rules configuration now supports selecting LinkedIn Company DM as the preferred reply option for the Auto respond to a message action when LinkedIn Company is chosen.
