Setting Up Surveys
Navigate to Sprinklr Insights and open Customer Feedback Management Persona App.
Note: Make sure that Customer Feedback Management is activated for your account and that the required permissions have been granted.
Navigate to Programs where Programs and Surveys are hosted.
Click Create Survey.
