LinkedIn Metrics Update in Sprinklr Advocacy (26.1)
Updated
Overview
Sprinklr Advocacy is introducing enhanced LinkedIn post-level metrics as part of the 26.1 release. This update allows admins and program owners to access richer engagement insights while ensuring no disruption to existing advocate workflows.
What’s New
With this update, the following LinkedIn post-level metrics will be available for supported accounts:
Reach
Impressions
Reshares
Total reactions
Total comments
These metrics provide deeper visibility into how shared content performs on LinkedIn.
Availability: Enabled automatically once advocates re-authenticate their LinkedIn accounts.
Will This Affect Existing Advocates?
No. This update is designed to be non-disruptive.
Existing LinkedIn accounts will not be automatically deactivated.
Advocates can continue sharing and engaging with content as usual.
No immediate action is required from users to keep using LinkedIn through Advocacy.
When Will the New Metrics Start Appearing?
Enhanced LinkedIn metrics will start tracking once updated permissions are applied. This happens in the following cases:
When a user adds a new LinkedIn account, or
When a user reactivates a previously deactivated LinkedIn account
From that point onward, the new metrics will be available for posts shared through Advocacy.
