Business Hours Usage

The Business Hours Usage feature allows you to view where a specific Business Hour is referenced across various components, such as process workflows, voice campaigns, rules, guided paths, and work queues. It provides visibility into dependencies, helping you assess the potential impact of changes and enabling efficient navigation to related workflows.

Access Business Hours Usage

Follow these steps to access the View Usage functionality for Business Hours:

  • From the Sprinklr Launchpad, navigate to the Business Hours record manager. For detailed instructions, refer to the Business Hours article.

  • Locate the Business Hour record you want to review.

  • Click the vertical ellipses button (⋮) next to the record.

  • Select View Usage from the dropdown menu.

  • The Usages screen opens in the third pane, displaying all entities where the Business Hour is used.

  • To edit the workflow of a referenced entity:

    • Click View Workflow next to the entity.

    • The corresponding workflow opens for editing.

Note: Workflow editing is currently supported only for IVR and ACW.
