Trainee | Represents users who actively participate in the coaching session. |
Is Participant Declined | Indicates whether a participant declined the coaching session request. |
Participant Declination Reason | Provides the reason behind a participant's decision to decline the coaching session. |
Reference Cases | Lists reference cases selected for discussion during the coaching session. |
Coaching Areas | Describes the specific areas or topics covered in the coaching session. |
Session Mode | Specifies whether the session took place online or offline. |
Session Cancellation Reason | Offers insights into why a coaching session was canceled. |
Session Cancellation Type | Differentiates between auto-cancellation, cancellation by the coach, or participants declining. |

<USER_CF> (Participant) | Cases can be filtered using participant‑related attributes such as Federation ID, Manager, Reviewer, Department, and Designation, along with all User Custom Fields defined for both trainees and coaches. This enables more precise segmentation and deeper analysis by combining standard participant details with custom user attributes across coaching and case analytics. |
User Custom Field | This dimension stores the union of all user-level custom field values across trainees in a coaching session. It can be applied as a filter for coaching sessions. If the custom field value of any trainee in a session matches the filter criteria, that session will be included in the filtered results. The stored value is updated during the following events:
