Snapchat Smart Budget automatically optimizes your campaign budget by distributing it across ad sets. It helps you get the best possible performance based on your selected delivery optimization and bid strategy.
This article explains how to enable Smart Budget for supported Snapchat campaign objectives.

You can use Smart Budget with the following objectives and optimization goals:

Enable Smart Budget
Follow these steps to enable Smart Budget for your Snapchat campaigns:
Open the Ads Composer and select the relevant Snapchat account.
In the Paid Initiative Details tab, choose your campaign objective and enter all campaign details.

In the Target Audience tab, define your target audience.
Navigate to the Budget & Schedule tab and turn on the Smart Budget toggle to enable budget optimization.

Note: Before enabling Smart Budget, review the following requirements and limitations:
Ad set limit: Smart Budget supports a maximum of 70 ad sets per Paid Initiative (PI).
Minimum budget: The campaign budget must be at least $50 per day.
Ad set updates: You can add ad sets mid-flight when Smart Budget is enabled.
Ad types supported: Smart Budget is available only for Snap Ads and non-DPA (Dynamic Product Ads)campaigns.
Smart Budget Compatibility with Strategy Groups
When you enable Smart Budget, keep the following guidelines in mind for using Strategy Groups:
You can apply a Strategy Group only at the Paid Initiative (PI) level — not at the ad set level.
You must include Smart Budget allocation at the Paid Initiative level.
Configure Smart Budget at the Paid Initiative level.
