Integrating your Contentful Account with Sprinklr

Overview

Before you start using Contentful as a channel to create Messages and Posts, you must integrate a Contentful account with Sprinklr. Ensure you have your authentication details for your Contentful account in hand before you start this process. Once the Contentful account is added and authenticated you can start using to create Messages and Posts.

Add a Contentful Account

1. Click the New Tab icon, and under the Sprinklr Social tab > Integrated Listening, select Owned Social Accounts.

2. In the Accounts window, click the Add Account button.

3. Choose Contentful as the channel you want to add the account for.

4. You will be asked to connect and authenticate your existing Contentful account with Sprinklr. Click Go to Contentful. This will take you to the Contentful website where you can login and authenticate your account.

5. The account will intially be saved as a 'Blank' account. You can update the details for your Contentful account, including its name, permissions, sharing access, timezone, content type, subscribers and more. You can also change the Owner of the account and assign that role to someone else.

6. Under Groups to include Account in, select if you would like to add the Contentful account to any Account Groups.

7. Under Permissions, permission channel actions to Users and User Groups who should have access to the account. Learn more in Account Permissions.

8. Under Share this Account Across Spaces, choose the Workspaces that you would like the account to be visible in or share across all Workspaces to make the account visible globally within your Customer environment.

9. Under Subscribers, select Users/User Groups to subscribe them to receive account notifications.

10. Under Timezone, select a country and time zone to associate with the account if desired.

11. Under Properties, set any account properties as needed.

12. Click Save to save your account.
