Copilot for Unified Reporting Dashboards
Updated
Overview
Sprinklr Copilot for Unified Reporting dashboards transforms how teams interpret performance by unifying insights across Social, Listening, and Paid data sources. Instead of analyzing each channel in isolation, Copilot for Unified Reporting Dashboards connects signals across modules to surface early performance indicators, uncover trends, and highlight risks in a single, contextualized view. By correlating engagement metrics (Social), audience conversations (Listening), and paid media outcomes, Copilot helps teams understand not just what is happening, but why it’s happening across the entire marketing ecosystem.
Copilot Capabilities
Copilot for Unified Reporting currently offers the following key capabilities:
Unified Copilot Insights Across Social, Listening and Paid Data Sources
Copilot analyzes data from Social, Listening, and Paid widgets to deliver a single, insight-driven response. You can ask Copilot to:
Summarize an entire dashboard tab: When you ask Copilot to summarize a tab, it will generate a summary broken down into two sections -
Overall Summary
Focused summaries for:
Social Media Impact
Listening Insights
Paid Media Results

Answer performance-related questions about social media, paid media, or audience conversations around your campaigns
Support for Custom and Sub-Custom Entities
Copilot understands and responds to queries involving Custom Entities (CEs) and Sub-Custom Entities (SubCEs). These entities unify metadata across Paid, Social, and Listening analytics, creating a shared and consistent language across dashboards.
With this support, Copilot can:
Automatically identify the business entity referenced in your query (such as a campaign, launch event, or region)
Aggregate and summarize data across all related widgets, both within and beyond the current dashboard
Deliver meaningful insights from mixed data sources in a single response

Support for Event Based Data and Filters
Copilot incorporates event-based data and applies relevant event-based filters when responding to queries. It supports events from Listening, Social, and Paid sources to ensure insights reflect performance during key moments and milestones.
If your dashboard already applies an event-based filter, Copilot respects that filter when generating responses.
If no event filter is applied, Copilot determines whether your query relates to an event or custom entity and generates insights based on identified event dates and entities.
