Custom Audiences are curated lists that let you directly include or exclude specific redditors from your targeting. This article explains how to create Reddit customer list custom audiences from the Audience Manager in Sprinklr.

To Create Customer List Custom Audiences

1. Open a new tab and go to Sprinklr Marketing > Advertising > Audience Manager.

2. Click +Create Audience in the top right corner.

3. Select Create Custom Audience from the drop down.

4. Select Reddit as the channel and the ad account for which you want to create the audience.

5. Enter a name for the custom audience.

6. In the Select Audience Type section, click on Upload Data file.

7. In the Select Action field, you will find Add Users selected by default. This is because you are required to manually upload a file containing customer details.

8. Drag and drop your customer list file or click browse to upload it. The file must be in xlsx, xls, or csv format and contain the following columns:

   Column Name (Case Sensitive)	Description
   Hashed Emails	Hashed email address of the user you want to target.
   Emails	Email address of the user you want to target.
   Mobile Advertisers IDs	Mobile advertiser ID of the user you want to target.

   You can also click on Download to download a sample file and fill in the required data.

   

9. Tag any required custom fields to your audience in the Custom Fields section.

10. In the Visibility and Permissions section, assign view and edit access for your audience to selected users/user groups.

11. Click Save in the bottom right corner to save your Reddit custom audience and use it when creating ad campaigns through Ads Composer/Ads Manager.
