Configure Your Sprinklr AI Agent’s Persona

Follow the steps below to define your AI Agent’s persona:

  1. Create a new AI Agent or click the Manage icon next to an existing one.

  2. You can customize the AI Agent persona from the Home window by clicking the Edit icon next to the application name.

  3. In the Edit AI Agent Details section, enter the following details:

    • Name: Enter a relevant name for your AI Agent.

    • Description: Provide a clear description of its role and purpose.

  4. Click Save at the bottom right corner to apply your updates.
