Gallery Applications
Gallery Title | Description | Content Type |
Brand Gallery | A Gallery that only highlights a Brand's owned content and is not shoppable. This type of Gallery doesn't require tagging of posts via custom fields and the posts aren't filtered by product page. Example A brand wants a Gallery to showcase social posts that don't necessarily link anywhere; solely used to highlight social content. |
|
Internal Gallery | A Gallery that is exclusively hosted on a brand's internal site. The content can be both owned and/or earned content. You may integrate your brand's product catalog per your needs. If UGC content is featured, permission does not need to be granted by the original poster because it is internal. Example A brand wants to highlight their social presence, so they embed a feed of owned an earned posts for employees to explore. |
|
Campaign Gallery | A Gallery which showcases all the posts that have come in via a branded hashtag associated with a specific campaign. In the campaign rules, there needs to be an explicit disclosure starting if a person uses the hashtag, they are giving bran permission to use their content as a brand asset. This type of content is typically, not always, curated from listening to a specific hashtag filtered into an Engagement Dashboard. It is unlikely that tagging will be involved, but it is a possibility. Example A brand wants to run a hashtag campaign and have a landing page with all the applicants who used the hashtag. |
|
Shoppable Gallery | A Gallery that has a dedicated webpage (also known as a shoppable hub). When site visitors explore the hub and click on a post of a product they're interested in, they will be instantly redirected to the product's product page. These posts are tagged with custom fields and filtered through Engagement Dashboard columns. Posts are not filtered by product page. Example A brand wants to feature social content on a webpage. Visitors can click through to a product featured in the posts. |
|
Product Detail Gallery (PDP) | A shoppable PDP is a Gallery found directly within a product page. The content is filtered to exclusively showcase content that contains the product from the product page. These posts are tagged with custom fields and filtered through Engagement Dashboard columns. Posts are filtered by different objects (i.e. products). Example A brand wants posts containing a specific item to be embedded directing on the product's product page. |

Gallery can be powered by both Brand published content and/or User Generated Content. If the clients wants to use UGC to power their Gallery, they’ll need to be enabled with Listening and the User Generated Content module, which is part of CM.
Because Gallery can interact with the rest of the Sprinklr platform so seamlessly, please consult with your Solution Consultant and/or Consultant to clarify needs for your client. While note required, some clients may need to purchase additional listening mentions, consider our integration offerings, etc.
Shoppable
If a brand wants to be tagging posts with the Product Catalog, they’ll need to bring their product catalog into Sprinklr either via the Commerce API, or through a static catalog upload.
The method of product catalog integration will depend on the specific use case and product catalog size of the client.
