Add, Manage, and Remove Delegates in Distributed
Updated
Delegate users are distributed users who are invited by other fellow distributed users (Advisors) to perform their day-to-day tasks. Advisors can add delegates to help them on the platform in carrying out their daily operations like publishing, engaging, profile management, etc. Once invited, the delegate can access some or all of the advisor's accounts, as allowed by the advisor.
Use Case
As an advisor, you want to carry out your day-to-day activities by inviting delegates to perform all tasks on your behalf in your absence.
With multiple accounts linked to your profile, you can have several delegates assist you and choose which accounts they can access.
When you, as an advisor, lack the time to regularly log into the platform, you can use this feature to have another user monitor and manage your social media accounts.
Benefits
Ensures that tasks like publishing content, and responding to leads are completed even when the advisor is unavailable.
Facilitates teamwork by allowing multiple delegates to work on different accounts.
Provides round-the-clock social media management by having multiple delegates in various time zones.
Ensures effective workload management, in case of significant increase in workload.
