Status Templates

Overview
Status Templates are predefined sets of task statuses that you can save and reuse across Campaigns, Sub-Campaigns, and Projects. These templates help standardize and streamline your workflows, and you can customize them to align with specific processes or project types.
Note: The ability to create Status Templates is permission controlled. If you don't have the required permissions, contact your Global Admin or Workspace Admin.
Create a Status Template
1. Open a new tab and go to Platform Modules > All Settings.
2. Search for and select Status Templates in the Settings screen.
3. In the Status screen, click +Create Status Template in the top right corner.
4. In the Create Template pop-up window, you can give your template a name and add statuses.
6. You can add multiple active and completed statuses. Active statuses are for Tasks that are in some phase of work, completed statuses are for Tasks that are completed.
7. Hovering over a status will reveal the Mark as Default button. Clicking this makes that status the default for all Tasks created in a Campaign, Sub-campaign or Project using the Status Template.
8. Click the + icon to add more statuses. Click the x icon to delete a status.
9. Click the icon next to the status name to choose a specific icon and color for your status.
10. The Drag icon on the left, lets you rearrange and change the order of the statuses in the template.
11. Click Save to create the Status Template.
Using Status Templates
1. Open any existing Campaign/Sub-campaign or a Project. Click the Options icon in the Status column. Select Manage Statuses.
2. In the Manage Statuses pop-up, select your Status Template under Templates. Click Use Template to use your template with the Campaign/Sub-campaign, or Project.
