All procedures start from the Gamification module. To open the module:

1.    Log in to your Sprinklr environment.

2.    In the left navigation panel, select Gamification.

The Game home screen opens.

Note: You must have the Admin role assigned in Sprinklr to create and configure games. Ensure the Gamification module is enabled in your environment before following these procedures. All personas, except the Supervisor persona, must be assigned to a game by an Admin before they can access it. The Supervisor persona is governed by User Settings and is not dependent on game settings.

Steps to Navigate to the Gamification Admin Screen

1.    Log in to your Sprinklr environment and open the Gamification module.

2.    In the left sidebar, locate the Game icon (highlighted above).

3.    Select the Game icon.

4.    Review existing games, settings, and configuration options in the Admin View.
