How to Enable Smart+ Campaigns in Sprinklr?

Smart+ Campaigns support the Web Conversions, Web Conversions with Catalog, App Promotion and Lead Generation campaign objectives. To get started, navigate to the Ads Composer and select your ad account. Follow the steps for your specific campaign objective below:

  1. Web Conversions

    Smart+ Web Campaigns are ideal for performance-driven commerce advertisers looking to drive more sales on their website. Follow these steps to create a Smart+ Web Campaign:

    • Select Web Conversions as your objective in the Paid Initiative Details tab.

    • Scroll down and check the Smart+ Campaign box to enable Smart+ Campaign for Web Conversions.

      To enable Smart+ Campaigns for Web Conversions with Catalog, select Smart+ Campaigns and then switch on the Use Product Catalog toggle. Smart+ Catalog Ads leverage your catalog’s rich product images, videos, and rankings to show the most relevant products to the right users.

    • Define your Target Audience and set Budget & Schedule details. The following budget settings are supported for Smart+ Web campaigns -

      Placements

      Manually selecting your placements is not supported by Smart+ Campaigns at this time, as it will default to automatic placement selection. You must create a non-Smart+ Campaign and manually select placements in order to exclude TikTok or Pangle.

  2. App Promotion

    iOS: Smart+ App Campaigns are best suited for iOS advertisers who run or are eligible for Advanced Dedicated Campaigns

    Android: Ideal for advertisers who prioritize cost efficiency and scalable performance. Smart+ Android Cost Cap helps maintain your target CPA while scaling your budget. Follow these steps to create a Smart+ App Campaign:

    • Select App Promotion as your objective in the Paid Initiative Details tab.

    • Scroll down and check the Smart+ Campaign checkbox to enable Smart+ Campaign for App Promotion.

    • Define your Target Audience and set the Budget & Schedule details. The following budget settings are supported for Smart+ App campaigns -

    Select Lead Generation as your objective in the Paid Initiative Details tab. Follow these steps to create a Smart+ App Campaign:

    • Select Lead Generation as your objective in the Paid Initiative Details tab.

    • Scroll down and check the Smart+ Campaign checkbox to enable Smart+ Campaign for Lead Generation.

    • Define your Target Audience and set the Budget & Schedule details as per the supported budget settings below:

​How to Build Creatives in Smart+ Campaigns

With Smart+ for creatives, your ads are generated based on combinations of your videos and ad texts, and the high-performing combinations are automatically delivered. Follow these steps to enable Smart+ for your creatives:

  1. While creating a new creative, select one of the supported objectives mentioned above and choose your ad account.

  2. In the Post Type field, select Smart Plus to enable Smart+ for TikTok creatives.

Limitations

  • Spark Ads is currently not supported in Sprinklr for Smart+ campaigns.

  • Only video asset combinations can be used in the Smart+ Campaign creatives.
