To ensure that the users on the Sprinklr platform are set up with the appropriate access to the Conversational AI features, you need to assign the right permissions to their roles.
Discovery Runs

Message Processing
Permission | Description |
View | Access and view Issue Type Intents, Issue Types, Dialogue Intents, Entities, and Slots. |
Edit | Edit Issue Type Intents, Issue Types, Dialogue Intents, Entities, and Slots. |

Message Dialogue
Permission | Description |
View | Access and view Dialogue Trees. |
Edit | Edit Dialogue Trees. |
Delete | Delete Dialogue Trees. |
Deploy | Save and deploy Dialogue Trees. |
Lock | Lock and unlock the Dialogue Trees. After locking, you can only view the dialogue tree. The Save & Deploy button will disappear, and you won't be able to add a new dialogue tree.
