Blocklist
Updated
The Blocklist feature allows administrators to exclude specific profiles, emails, or phone numbers from receiving surveys. It provides a centralized UI where admins can add, edit, and remove blocklisted profiles. Once added, blocklisted profiles are automatically excluded from survey distribution, ensuring compliance and avoiding unwanted survey deliveries.
The feature also extends support to the Record Manager, where admins can view blocklisted profiles along with details like the profile source, who added them, and when they were added. Filtering, sorting, and search capabilities make it easy to manage the blocklist efficiently.
Business Use Cases
A blocklist capability allows administrators to add profiles, emails, or phone numbers to a centralized exclusion list, automatically preventing future communications to those contacts. Reporting tools can provide visibility into blocklisted entries, ensuring accountability and governance.
With Enhanced Control, survey administrators can use the Blocklist feature to centrally exclude specific profiles, emails, or phone numbers from receiving surveys, ensuring accurate distribution and avoiding unwanted recipients; with Reduced Risk, compliance officers can rely on the Blocklist to honor opt‑out requests and prevent sensitive contacts from being targeted, minimizing compliance risks and strengthening customer trust; and with Operational Clarity, program managers can track excluded profiles directly in Distribution Reports under the “Blocklisted” invite status, making it easy to monitor survey reach, maintain transparency, and improve reporting accuracy.
