Service Reporting Copilot is an intelligent assistant designed to simplify and streamline the way you navigate, create, and interpret dashboards. Whether you're part of an internal team or a client, Copilot helps eliminate the need to manually sift through complex metrics and dimensions or assemble insights on your own. With just a few clicks, you can quickly build widgets, grasp dashboard insights at a glance, and access knowledge base resources, making reporting faster, smarter, and more efficient.

Prerequisites
To access it, you will require Service Analytics Copilot permissions within Reporting.
Note: Service Analytics must be enabled in the environment.

How does it work?
The AI-powered Data Summarizer in Copilot automatically scans dashboards, tabs, and widgets to detect performance highlights, anomalies, and trends, while generating plain‑language summaries that capture essential insights in real time. It delivers context‑aware insights tailored to user roles, applied filters, and timeframes, and also acts as a conversational assistant, enabling users to request summaries on demand and receive clarifications from knowledge base articles whenever needed.
Setting Up Service Reporting Copilot
Navigate to Sprinklr Service and go to Service Reporting under Analyze.
Open the required Dashboard on the Reporting Dashboards Record Manager. If the Dashboard is inside a folder, open the folder and then open the Dashboard.
Click the Sprinklr Copilot button towards the top right of the Dashboard. This will open the Dashboard Copilot in the sidebar.

By default, the following preconfigured prompts are available for you to click and receive a response:

Help me learn: Assists in offering comprehensive information on any requested topic or feature. It is directly connected. Copilot will deliver a summary from Sprinklr’s knowledge base and will include a link to the complete article for further investigation.

Key insights from this tab: Helps in delivering information regarding the main insights at the section level.

Key insights from this dashboard: Assists in delivering essential insights at the dashboard level.

Create a widget: Assists in generating a new widget by requesting information regarding the types of reports.

In addition to the preconfigured prompts, you can also provide custom prompts to the Service Reporting Copilot for dashboards. This allows you to tailor your queries and receive specific information based on your unique needs.
After you provide a prompt to the Service Copilot for dashboards, either by selecting a preconfigured prompt or entering a customized prompt, you will receive a response similar to the one shown in the image below.

The generated response can be copied by clicking the Copy button at the bottom of the summary. Additionally, you can provide feedback on the quality of the generated summary by clicking the thumbs-up (Helpful) or thumbs-down (Not helpful)button, depending on whether the summary is helpful or not.

By clicking the Not Helpful button, a feedback box will appear, allowing you to provide valuable feedback before clicking submit.

Hovering your cursor over the "Source Widgets" option at the foot of the response will reveal the particular widgets employed in generating that response. You can expose the foundational widgets, reports, or data components that informed the summary, offering users a clear understanding of the insights' provenance.

Click the New Chat button at the top of the Service Reporting Copilot sidebar to start a new conversation with the Service Reporting Copilot.

View Chat History
You can view the chat history of your Sprinklr Reporting Copilot sessions to keep track of your interactions and easily reference past conversations. Whether you are looking to review past decisions or want to recall a specific detail, the chat history provides a convenient way to access your conversation records.

Click the Chat History button at the top of the Service Reporting Copilot for dashboard sidebar to view previous conversations. The chat history will only display conversations related to that specific Dashboard.
You can rename previous conversations from the chat history tab, share them with other Sprinklr users/user groups, create an external link for non-Sprinklr, and delete them. Hover over any previous conversation to show a toolbar above that conversation.

Click the Edit Chat option to rename the conversation for easy identification.

Click the Share Chat button to share the conversation with any User(s)/User Group(s) in the Workspace.

Select the User(s) or User Group(s) in the subsequent dialog box and click the Share button.

Click Share External Link to share the dashboard with Non-Sprinklr users. On clicking External Link, a pop up will come where you can add expiry date.


Click the Delete Chat button to delete the conversation.

Widget Summarizer
The Widget Summarizer is a one-click AI-powered feature that transforms complex service reporting widgets into clear, actionable summaries. It analyzes the underlying data and delivers high-level insights directly alongside the widget, no need for manual drilldowns or deep dives.
By automatically surfacing the most relevant metrics and trends, the Widget Summarizer helps you quickly understand what's happening and why. Pinned summaries stay visible next to their respective widgets, making it easier to monitor performance and make informed decisions at a glance.
Whether you're reviewing SLA compliance, ticket volumes, or resolution trends, the Widget Summarizer ensures you always see the story behind the numbers, fast, focused, and ready for action.
Let us see how to access it:
Click Generate Summary button towards the top right of the Widget. There will be a loading message that will appear. The widget summarizer will render a streaming response.

The flicker keeps rotating till the entire content gets streamed.

Once the Summary is generated, you will have the option to Copy the summary.
Click Pin Summary to pin the summary to that particular widget.
Example: If your widget is initially set to 30%, clicking Pin Summary will expand the widget to 100%.

On Summary, you can perform the following activities:

Refetch button: Whenever the summary is stale, click the refetch button to generate a new summary.
A stale summary will appear if you apply additional filters, update any metric or dimension, or change the chart type that differs from the original setup. If the summary is outdated, you can click the Refetch button to regenerate it with the updated filters.
Timestamp: Tells the time when that particular summary was generated.
Summary Details: Click Summary Details option to check the filters used at the time of summary generation. It will give us the configuration of the widget at the time of summary generation. You will get this option on pinned summary.
Like: Click Like button to express satisfaction.
Dislike: Click the Dislike button to express dissatisfaction with the summary and provide feedback.
