Setting up Response Translations
Updated
Response Translations in Sprinklr CFM empower teams to analyze survey text responses in multiple languages in a consolidated manner. When surveys are distributed in various languages, the responses are naturally multilingual, which poses challenges for store managers, analysts, and CX leaders who prefer to view results in a single language.
Response Translations empower users to generate translated fields directly within responses. These fields automatically save translated iterations of text-based responses, simplifying the process and making it easier to:
Analyse multilingual survey data side-by-side.
Export and share responses in a common language.
Drive consistent insights across Analytics and Custom Dashboards.
Business Use Case
Unified Analysis: Consolidate French, Spanish, and English responses into a single translated field for consistent sentiment and theme analysis.
Export to External Tools: Export responses in English for downstream BI tools without requiring manual translation.
Governed Multilingual Reporting: Standardize and centrally manage translations at the survey level to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Dashboard Consistency: Use translated fields across Custom Dashboards and Analytics without concerns about mixed‑language responses.
