Vonage SMS enables brands to send and receive messages through Vonage directly from their applications. Vonage provides a way to communicate with one another domestically and internationally.

Within Sprinklr, you can add a Vonage SMS account and create custom reports, too. With volume, productivity and quality analysis, you can have SMS part of an omnichannel care strategy. You can also use Vonage SMS as a channel in publishing and engaging with inbound content.

To Add a Vonage Account

1. Click the New Tab icon . Under Governance Console, click Accounts within Platform Setup.

2. In the top right corner of the Accounts window, click Add Account.

3. Search and select Vonage from the available channels.

4. On Add Vonage Account window, fill in the account details i.e. Display Name, Country Code, Phone Number, App Id, and App Secret.

5. Click Save in the bottom right corner of the window.
