Social Copilot - Creative Insights

Updated

Overview

Creative Insights enables social media teams to move past basic metrics and uncover the reasons behind content performance. By examining creative factors such as tone, theme, product emphasis, and visual style, Social Copilot reveals what genuinely connects with your audience.

This feature is designed for Social Media Managers, Content Strategists, and Reporting Analysts who want to make data-backed creative decisions.

Note: Social Copilot is currently in Limited Availability (LA) Phase. To enable this feature in your environment, reach out to your Success Manager. Alternatively, you can submit a request at tickets@sprinklr.com.

What You Can Do with Creative Insights

With 30+ creative dimensions available in Social Analytics, you can:

  • Track how different tones (e.g., humorous, inspirational) impact engagement.

  • Compare performance across themes like product launches, testimonials, or seasonal campaigns.

  • Analyse product visibility and its correlation with audience response.

  • Explore the effect of visual elements like prominent colors, text overlays, or media types.

These dimensions can be used to build custom reporting widgets, which Copilot can then summarise or explore further through natural language queries.

How Creative Insights Works

1. Create Widgets in Social Analytics

Use creative dimensions to build widgets that reflect your brand’s content strategy.

2. Launch Copilot

From your reporting dashboard, open Copilot to generate a summary of creative performance.

3. Ask Follow-Up Questions

Drill down into specific creative elements with questions like:

  • Which tone is driving the most engagement this quarter?

  • What color themes are most common in top-performing posts?

  • Which product is driving most reach?

4. Get Actionable Insights

Copilot analyses widget data or creates virtual views to deliver clear, contextual answers.

Best Practices

  1. Use Descriptive Widget Names: Helps Copilot identify and summarize creative elements accurately.

  2. Segment by Campaign or Platform: Understand what works best on each channel.

  3. Combine with Performance Metrics: Link creative patterns to KPIs like engagement rate, CTR, or sentiment.

Limitations

  1. Copilot can only analyze creative dimensions that are already configured in your dashboard widgets.

  2. The taxonomy for Tone, Theme and Product is AI generated based on last 3 months of posts on Facebook (FB), Instagram (IG), LinkedIn, X, Threads and TikTok.

  3. Out-of-dashboard queries are limited to data from Social Analytics.
