Standard Analytics Report

The Standard Analytics Tab is a system-generated report for surveys that aims to provide users with meaningful analysis with no user effort. It contains one section for each question; depending on the question type, it can have multiple widgets for a question. It also provides the following AI-powered features: OOTB insights cards, hypothesis validation, text analytics, and a GenAI summarizer. Thus, with minimal effort, users can navigate the report and analyze all bright spots and shortcomings detected.

Prerequisites
Inorder to access Survey Analytics you would require View Reporting and Analytics permissions at Survey Level in Customer Feedback Management App.
View Reporting and Analytics: You can access the Survey Analytics and view existing surveys.
Setting Up Standard Analytics
Navigate to Sprinklr Insights and then go to Customer Feedback Management.
Click Survey(Select any survey).
Go to the Analytics tab.
Analytics Tab
Each survey has a dedicated analytics feed available in the Analytics tab, which is generated automatically as soon as responses are received.
Navigation
For each survey question, a dedicated section is created with multiple widgets. You can easily navigate between the widgets within a section.
Go to Navigation Menu(on the left side)to move between different sections.
Click Question to go to that section.
Click on the Eye option to hide any question.
Each question type is accompanied by one or more standard visualizations. In addition to these widgets, you will receive out-of-the-box (OOTB) insights and hypothesis validation to help interpret the data effectively.
The analytics tab allows minimal customization. You cannot create, delete, or edit widgets. For more advanced customization options, please refer to Custom Reports for customizable analytics.
Note: Survey Insights are not affected by filters, they are static after creation.
