Prerequisites

To access Publishing, you need access to Publish under the CFM app at the Survey Level. You can create, edit, move, clone, or delete surveys and access the Survey Builder for further customization and design.

Publishing a Survey

Add all the required details and necessary questions in the Survey Builder.

1. Go to Publish button to review and confirm the survey.

2. Use the Preview option to review the survey before publishing. Once everything looks good, click Publish to finalize it.

   

3. Once published, an Anonymous link is generated for instant distribution or testing.

   

After publishing, you’ll be redirected to the Distributions Page, where you can create additional distribution methods, such as email, social media, or other integrated platforms, to share the survey with your target audience.

Prior to publishing, review the survey in the Survey Builder to confirm the content, design, and logical flow. After the survey is published, utilize the generated anonymous link to evaluate the experience from a respondent's viewpoint, looking for any navigation problems or mistakes.
